BEAVERS!

Rate this book
In a remote cabin, a couple are assaulted by inhuman assailants...In the lonely woods, a man and his dog fight for survival against a monstrous foe...In the dirty backwaters, trappers fall prey to the very creatures they are trained to hunt...In the town, the streets run red as mass slaughter spreads like the plague. Gary Cage came to Beaver Ridge with his young son to escape the horrors of city life and the demons that haunted him. Little did he realize that the sleepy, vacation town had been overrun by ravenous, mutant creatures seemingly released from the bowels of Hell. Soon, he would find himself fighting not only for the lives of himself and his family, but for the entire human race. He would also discover a new word for horror...BEAVERS! "Reminiscent of the 1970’s animal-rebellion horror movies. If you like escaping into a scary book with some humor as well, then definitely read BEAVERS!" ~ D.F. Holland, Author of “Tales from the Beaumont House.” "This book is the embodiment (and sometimes disembodiment!) of blood, gore, excitement, and sheer terror. I’d love to see it on the silver screen in 3-D – Bloody awesome!" ~ Mary VanMeer, VirtualAssistantGazette.com

You might think a book about ravening killer beavers is unrealistic. I'm here to tell you: you are wrong. This story could have been torn from today's headlines: a government conspiracy, toxic waste being dumped into a local stream, tourists and other unqualified people attempting to climb Mt. Everest, and beavers. Murderous, savage beavers that know neither fear nor conscience. Thousands of killer mutant beavers, feasting on the flesh of the innocent, devouring sinner and saint alike, murdering in a frenzy of thick tails, buck teeth, and shiny pelts. If you think the beaveropocalypse can't happen, you are living in a fantasy world.

Five stars for keeping it real, speaking truth to power, and having the balls to tell We the Sheeple what time it is: it's beaver o'clock. Keep your eyes on the news. They are coming.

Beavers!

Beginning of book had a lot of useless garbage, once I got by that, I enjoyed it. Especially the part about Justin beaver, Lmfao! Too funny, as I hate him! The ending didn't tie anything together, left some things hanging, all in all was an easy read that I found semi enjoyable

Great Monster Read

I picked this up expecting it to be trash (not that there anything wrong with that, I read...and write, for that matter...trash all the time). It is trash, but it's great trash. It's way better written than you'd believe, and full of great imagery and some genuinely funny comedy. Highly recommended.

Brilliant. Killer beavers. An annoying celebrity being ravenously killed. A couple of unanswered questions but I can let my own mind fill in the blanks there.

Not a bad novel. There were some really fun and gruesome moments, and a few times where it really didn't make any sense at all, but I was expecting it, I mean this book is about killer beavers after all.
To me the ending felt rushed and incomplete, and was wide open for a sequel. This novel was interesting enough that I would probably buy the sequel if it ever happens, it's not like there are many horror books out there involving beavers or any other "harmless" rodent-like woodland creatures. Get some popcorn going, kick back and just have some thoughtless fun with this one.

Sharknado in book form. Only with beavers. This is a B movie for your kindle, and if you take it for what it is, you won't be all that disappointed.
Just don't expect much. Seemed like someone gave up proofing and editing the text halfway into the story. But at least there was... you know... a story.
