Double Header: My Life with Two Penises

Rate this book
He was featured on the front pages of RollingStone.com, Jezebel.com and was covered by The Huffington Post. Both Conan O'Brien and Jay Leno featured him in their opening monologues. Countless news agencies around the world broke the story when he went on Reddit and did an Ask Me Anything (AMA). Ranking as the 4th most popular Reddit AMA of all time (beating out the likes of Peter Dinklage, Bill Murray, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Harrison Ford), DoubleDickDude spent 48 hours discussing his life with a genetic condition known as diphallia. Only 1 in 5.5 million males worldwide are born with two penises. However very few (if any) are born with two working, and by all accounts, attractive penises. After having managed to stay under the radar for over 20 years DoubleDickDude (or DDD for short) amassed thousands of followers on Twitter and Tumblr in a matter of hours. In fact Twitter (temporarily) suspended his account for replying to his followers too many times!

For the past year he has taken to writing a more lengthy and detailed account of his life so far. Very little could be detailed during a frenzy of questions from thousands on Reddit. DDD goes from discussing his childhood, and explains how he knew he was special at an early age. His parents support grounded him in his early youth. We find out how he lost his virginity and was exposed to his peers. From there he discusses his wild streak of sexual adventures fresh out of high school. Recapping his favorite questions and answers, discussing sexuality and acceptance DDD covers the gamut.

Don't worry, all the saucy and steamy stories he hinted at in his AMA are covered and then some. Like that 7-way orgy he briefly detailed amid the torrent of questions during his AMA. Not to mention the hunky straight gym jock who "went gay" and the poor girl who... shall we say, her lady place was a wreck after one time with DDD. It's all in there and more!

Written from first person perspective the narrative is raw, honest and often times gritty. Details are not spared and readers beware, naughty moments are revealed! The next time you see a man on the street with more than an adequate bulge in his jeans, it might just be DDD.

Update A 'friend' sent me a link to a pic of his penis tonight. Did he think I would be impressed and immediately write back with my address, begging and panting for him to come over or what? Now if he had been like the author of this book, with two dicks, well, then I might have, just out of curiousity.
__________

Two, it seems, are really better, much better, than one! Pic and what Doubledick Dude has to say.

I wonder if the free sample on Kindle includes pics?

I like many, many others discovered Double Dick Dude (DDD) about this time last year through his Reddit AMA. I wouldn’t go so far to say I became obsessed with him, more like fascinated. Let’s call a spade a spade, you put two cocks in the same room, you’ve got my attention. Two cocks on the same dude and… C’mon man, there’s only so much restraint I can muster up. Just look at them! Since the surgery a staggering 10" each.

NSFW pic of DDD's package (blog only)

DO STRAIGHT GUYS LIKE YOUR COCKS AS MUCH AS YOU CLAIM?

Yep, at least the ones who’ve seen them in person. My cocks are like a unicorn or… in my case a magical ram.

Alas, the Reddit AMA exploded into something akin to one of those giant man of war jellyfish with the tangle-y tentacles and I was forced to admit defeat.

I have a day job and a semblance of a life. I can’t be reading about DDD’s sexcapades all the day long! Then I found out about this book! I thought, ‘oh, I can catch up on all the sexcapades!’ Well… turns out a lot of this is on Reddit, so if you kept up with DDD on Reddit or Tumblr this is really going to bore you to tears.

He expounded upon his gym experience with the straight dude who “spotted” him which was probably my favorite part. It's bukkake porn gold because DDD comes by the bucketload.

description

DDD likes dudes that are straight or who claim to be, so I’m thinking a DDD St82gay series. Put him in an RV with a big ole mattress in the back covered in plastic, of course, and let’s GET 'ER DONE! Course that would leave out the ladies…

How can we forget about that time he pounded that girl in the Princess Leia bikini so hard that her cervix followed his cocks out and landed on the couch? That just doesn't happen every day. Well, it did for them for about three months or so. What about the orgy where he fucked 6 other people. 6!!!

I pull them both out and wag them at her, she gets wide-eyed. I stuff them in her pussy and she orgasms instantly. She then tells me to stop and to take off the strap on and just fuck her with my dick. I tell her it's not a strap on and she refuses to believe me until she grabs them both and suddenly doesn't want to have sex anymore.

"We should stop before you come or something."

"I already did, three times."

She looks shocked, reaches down and feels my loads oozing out of both her holes.

"I'm so going to hell for this." She put on her clothes and left.

THREE TIMES?!?!?!

Yes, whichever one I start with, after I come I can use the other immediately and keep going. Then switch back and keep going. I can go a few hours, having orgasms roughly every five to 10 minutes.

description

All this time I thought the penis sorcery in these romance books was a bunch of hooey. Turns out, DDD's got them all beat and he's a real dude!

Those three sexcapades largely encompass the book although there are snippets of humdingers peppered throughout.

A few hours passed and I finished emptying my prostate into him. The mattress was soaked, his ass wide open and gaping. I tugged them out and went to the bathroom. A moment later he walks in as I'm taking a piss, looks down and sees them again and then looks up at me and full out faints right there in a pile of laundry.

DDD doesn't always trouble himself with informing his sex partners of his condition prior to the banging. Details. He haz needs.

That include a fuckload of fisting. This I missed. I had no idea the lengths he went to to empty his prostrate which reportedly has to happen regularly otherwise it swells to grapefruit size and causes his ass to start yawning open. He's now taken to relieving it with a 2 liter soda bottle when without a willing partner or 5.

description

That he doesn't need lube for. I… I… really, I have no witty comeback for that. Tip of the hat, DDD.

I'm in fantastic shape, I work out weekly and at a glance I'd be considered the all American guy. I've got two dicks, a set of big stretched nuts and a huge asshole, big deal. I'm not bending over and showing it to old ladies outside the beauty parlor.

There is that.

As for the writing, it's not good. It's very rudimentary which is a shame because this, in the right hands, could've been great. I don't know who edited this thing but they need to find success in another field. Clearly, editing is not his/her forte.

Lastly, I've heard/seen mention of DDD exaggerating or embellishing events and without sounding like a complete thundercunt here, I have serious reservations regarding DDD's ability to pull off a web of lies this extensive.

Exhibit A: DDD tried to have a foursome with a hooker and two of his buddies and told the hooker there were five cocks in the room.

Exhibit B: He had a buddy in high school who specifically asked him not to discuss their relationship in the book or elsewhere. He admits that he was his first male lover. Now, everyone who went to high school with them (minimum) knows they did the deed. Yes, everyone knew about his two cocks after he lost his virginity to Chatty Fucking Cathy.

I rest my case.

Don't get me wrong. He seems to be a nice guy, believes in karma, is a proponent of positive body image and loathes labels, all things I can respect. Just… everyone can't be Stephen Hawking, y'know? And that's ok. Think how boring the world would be.

I have to say the amount they're charging for this equates to highway robbery, but I was entertained. I just wish it had been developed better minus all the regurgitation from Reddit and Tumblr. Verbatim no less.

Recommend to those with disposable income and/or fisting enthusiasts.

2.5 stars, mostly because he seems like a sweet guy.

When I first heard about Double Dick Dude, I was definitely intrigued. He has two functional nice-looking dicks and he’s bisexual. What’s not to like? From his reddit AMA, he came across as a good guy. I spent a couple of intensely obsessive hours reading everything about him and pestering my husband with double-dick factoids. And then I went on with my life.

I found out that this book existed on Xmas Eve and I preordered right away because I did anticipate he’d have a very interesting story. The book appeared on my kindle on Xmas day. When I at last sat down to read it, I was immediately dismayed by the complete lack of editing. DDD’s writing in online Q&As is thoughtful and interesting, but it is not ready to publish, and I really had expected that a super-short $8 ebook would have had some professional attention to justify that price.

The first third of the book briefly describes his childhood and teens. He was outed as having two dicks in high school and that was, unsurprisingly, a very difficult time. In an effort to protect friends and lovers, DDD doesn’t name anyone and withholds virtually all details, and it would have made for a much more satisfying read if he’d made up names and changed details to the point that he could be comfortable just sharing his stories. I mean, he says he’s going to share the story of losing his virginity, and then basically all he says is that he lost it to a girl and she didn’t have much of a reaction (!!!). He talks a little more about the aftermath, which included being outed by this girl, and a lot of angst.

He avoids telling anything about the first time he had sex with a man because he wants to protect the guy’s privacy...but again, change the name, change the details, and actually tell the story.

Despite the frustrating lack of detail, this first third is the most interesting part of the book, IMO. I’m interested in the social and emotional aspects of having an unusual body, where pretty much no one will have a neutral reaction to what they discover under your clothes. He talks about this a little, but it’s pretty superficial.

The middle third is porn, basically. I certainly don’t have a problem with porn, but it isn’t very well-written or sexy, IMO. I also question the veracity of some of the statements—he’s talking about women’s cervixes protruding from their vaginas due to...what? Excitement, maybe? Or they’re fucked loose? Later he describes a vaginal prolapse! Those are serious medical problems, not sexyfuntimes. I mean, I wasn’t there, so I don’t know what happened, but it seems dubious.

The final third is literally copy & paste questions and answers anyone interested in this guy has already seen online.

I don’t think it took me even an hour to read the whole thing.

He seems like an intelligent, kind, interesting person above and beyond the two dicks thing, and I feel like his story deserves more thoughtful attention than is given in this book. A professional co-author and editor would have been a great idea. If you've read what he has to say online, there's really not much more offered in this book.

So yeah, like 20% of it is actual autobiography, 55% of it is relaying some of his experiences, which are a little "porny", (but this is an autobiography of a man with two dicks, not an inventor or Nobel prize winner), and 25% of it is questions he answered previously, (but I never followed him previously so it was all new to me). Still, from what there was, I did get to know him better, I understand his condition better, and I enjoyed it. I have two beefs. 1) don't write an autobiography and leave chunks out because you're trying to stay anonymous; heck, change details or make up something similar, we'd never know if you did. 2) this is one of those books where, if it doesn't fit in the "straight" bucket, toss it in the "gay" bucket; he's bisexual, not gay. Not bad for a first-time writer. It could've been better but I enjoyed it for what it was.I give it two thumbs, well, two dicks up!

The author never claimed to be a writer. He's not trying to write a best seller. He's just elaborating on his experiences, most of which he has already shared with the public.

I liked the message he tried to portray. That none of us are the same. We all have something that makes us feel different to everyone else. That instead of self hatred we should celebrate our uniqueness, and accept others.

I didn't really find it erotic at all. Actually I got a little squeamish, at not 1, not 2, but 3 different inside out vaginas.

But the message of accepting people for who they are...I liked that.

He's bisexual. He's attractive. He's lives in a threesome. He likes fisting others and being fisted. He likes putting things down his urethra. He casually mentions the time six people had sex with him simultaneously. He shoots 12 times when he cums. Straight men magically turn bicurious around him. And on top of that, he has two penises. Well played, God. Good to know you didn't waste that extra penis on a prude.
Okay so I had heard about this guy , like 3 years ago, when he did the AMA on Reddit , then created a Tumblr and Twitter account DoubleDickDude
Thank God that HE didn't waste two penises on a prude, Is all I can say about it
This Guy OWNS his body, his sexuality, his extra appendage and is mature enough to answer every question ( dumbest to smartest to wittiest to honest) very openly and sincerely.
He has had a VERY sexually active life . From really gross to grossest . He's had orgies and sex acts like you wouldn't believe it !!!
It's barely 90 pages, 50 % of it is straight copy paste job from Tumblr and Twitter. So is highly expensive for 7.99!
I read it only because I snagged it for free. He's a freak and weirdo, contrary to what he says , he DOES love publicity and actually invites attention.
It's total waste of 8 $ if you buy it .go to twitter or tumblr and read most of it for free.

When I saw someone post about this book my morbid curiosity made me snatch it up!

I'm glad I was able to borrow this for free from
the kindle owner lending library!

7.99 for an 80 page book, and 90% or more was him copy and pasting everything he had posted on his Reddit AMA or Tumblr.

The other 10% or less was him trying to go for a sexual shock factor, but mostly failing.

The writing is terrible. No editing. Waste of my time.

I was introduced to DDD's story first on Tumblr, then I read his story on Reddit, and finally began following him on Tumblr and Twitter because his humor, joy of life, and frank discussions about all things sexual was truly fascinating.

The book doesn't offer much in the way of anything new for those of us who have been following DDD since he "came out" to the world about his extra penis. However, for those who don't know his story this book is a nice introduction to DDD.

Well, that was quite the eye opener.
The book is very short, and I didn't really think it was worth the $8 I paid for it, but it certainly was a wild ride.

Certain events described just had me wondering 'what the hell?!'
Fucking a girl's cervix definitely fell into that category.
The sex is very graphic, but not at all sexy, at least not for me.
I personally don't find a vaginal prolapse a turn on, but each to his own I guess.

What I did like, was the disclosures and personal details of a gay man.
(DDD is bi-sexual).
This book could be titled, 'Everything you've ever wanted to ask a gay man, but were afraid to ask."
I certainly learned a lot.

If this review has you curious, go ahead and read it, you'll likely enjoy it.
If you are feeling even a little horrified, give it a wide berth.
If I have offended you, DDD will blow you out the ball park.

A one of a kind read.

I thought I'd set a tone for my 2015 reading list by reading about the life and sexual exploits of a bisexual man with two penises. I appreciate the author's candor. His story reads like a Kinsey interview. Unfortunately, having two penises has left the author with too little time to hone his writing skills. The book is poorly written and seems like hodgepodge of middle-of-the-night blog posts that were never proofread.

Hm, ez is megvolt, képtelenség értékelni. Mivel a reddit AMA-n elolvastam erről a srácról - aki két működő farokkal született - FAQ-t, így a "könyv" semmi újdonsággal nem szolgált, és mondhatni rettentő szegényesen szerkesztett katyvasz.

I read this after seeing the infamous Reddit AMA post, of course.
For the purposes of satisfying my scientific and intellectual curiosity about the author's unusual anatomical condition.
There a quite a lot of typos in this very short book. I finished reading it all in about an hour or so, so it was fairly easy to read.
The author's voice is quite strong, but it's clear that he's no Shakespeare. Vocabulary is limited, and the descriptions of his multiple sexual partners were straight out of some horny teenage boy's fanfiction. Not attractive and rather shallow, leading me to believe that the author is just a hypocritical person who loves to judge people based on their physical features, despite telling his readers to love themselves, no matter what you look like.
The last half of the book was dedicated to repeating multiple FAQs he received and they were a complete waste of space, because most of the questions had already been answered previously. Then they're answered again. And again. You get the picture.
While I won't immediately jump at accusing the author as a fraud, I feel he certainly embellished some details to make himself appear to be more likeable or heroic or some other attribute that doesn't coincide with his true character.
I don't sympathize with him, because most of the book is bragging about how awesome his whole life is, and how nothing goes wrong for him, besides the time when he was bullied at school. I don't really sense any introspection on his part, and he never offers any more depth about the mental or physical struggles which he may have encountered that have helped him to grow as a person. He seems like he never truly matured after accepting his situation as it is, and that's not really saying much, because his parents raised him to believe that he is special, giving him a heightened sense of self-importance very early on in his childhood.
There isn't much in this book that he hasn't already addressed in his AMA and blog posts, so it's not necessary to spend extra money on it, unless you're a big fan of his, or you're like me, and just want to quench your curiosity. The erotic scenes aren't particularly steamy in the traditional sense, and may be disturbing for some.

I listened to a podcast that mentioned this guy and book. I read some of his reddit AMA and figured I would give his book a try. With such an interesting condition, I assumed he would go into his life more. This was just a surface story about a handful of sexual experiences he had along with some QnA that’s repetitive. 95 pages of my life I’ll never get back. There were a couple shocking stories and a dribble of medical information but the book lacked any substance or heart.

Okay let me start by saying: I was genuinely curious about this as a nurse!!

1) TMI TMI TMI (I can’t stress that enough)
2) There was some humor in his writing
3) I only read it because it was a free read
4) He had some good advice for those who feel different
5) He swears a LOT
6) He is vulgar!!
7) 3 stars for his humor and advice, but otherwise this is very graphic and again TMI !!

Two stars for obvious reasons but also for poor editing, no photos, and the title not being Are You There God? It's Me, Double Dick Dude. And although our author repeatedly answers questions about how he pees or why he doesn't do porn or what his favorite sexual experience is the most important question remains unanswered: which iconic duo did he name his two dicks after? Tom and Jerry? Laverne and Shirley? Leviathan and Behemoth? The people want to know!

Note: I wasn’t around for the Reddit hype, but my friend, China, recommended this book to me, so I checked it out.

DDD (Double Dicked Dude) was born with two penises—reportedly two working, attractive penises. Now this surprises me, on a mild level, but I wouldn’t say that it’s out of the realm of possibility. The human body is a crazy thing. Besides the fact that I may have a thing for certain medical conditions, I think what mostly fascinated me was DDD himself.

At a fairly young age, DDD recognized that he had some bisexual tendencies, and he reports that he has a fairly high libido (but what guy doesn’t report such statistics?). He also says that his libido is due to the fact that he has two dicks, but that’s just . . . not scientifically sound. Sorry DDD, but maybe if you had four balls, I’d buy it. So, he’s horny and the world is his oyster. He’s also pretty kinky. Sweet—I’m in.

DDD’s plain-spoken, unapologetic, raunchy, and Trouble. I loved it. He tells us some of his personal stories: doctor’s visits, school troubles, etc. And then he gets into the sexy time. Now, I’ve read what some people have said about his “porn”. Some people bashed it, said that it was poorly written and obscene. I didn’t see it that way (okay, maybe it wouldn’t hurt if he took a writing class or two). Sure, his scene isn’t my own, but when did that ever stop me from enjoying a piece of literature? I read to get into someone else’s head, hopefully someone with different experiences, so this was good for me. So good.

I especially liked the parts where he talked about his huge prostate (damn, I hope that doesn’t cause him more problems later), and I was fascinated with the fact that men were way more into his two dicks than women, even straight men. Very telling, that. He didn’t go into a lot of detail about his relationships, but I would have enjoyed reading a bit more about the one he was in at the time he wrote Double Header, which was with a guy and a girl at the same time. Those dynamics are always intriguing. He also spent a bit of time talking about his aversion to condoms. I did mention that he was Trouble, right? Okay, so maybe he and I disagree on the whole protection thing, but whatever, it’s his life (and all of those people who slept with him). I also wished the other half of the book hadn’t just been clips taken from the internet, but this was a fun and enjoyable read. He seems cool, and I might have had some dreams about him. Might have.

Dear God, what to even say about this. To be clear, I borrowed this through the Kindle Lending Library so I didn't pay for it. I know I shouldn't be surprised that it was bad but it was BAD, you can't even believe how BAD! He really doesn't talk much about growing up with Diphallia (that's the technical term for being born with two penises) all he really does is recount a few sexual encounters in really graphic details. All I could think about was the jokes you'd hear about the letters to Playboy-"Dear Playboy, I never thought something like this would happen to me but one day I was working out in the gym and both of my penises (yes, I have two) popped out the leg holes of my shorts while I was lifting and this really hot guy noticed and followed me to the locker room" only way, way, way, more poorly written and way, way, way more explicit. It was laugh out loud funny at times but I don't think it's meant to be. He also talks about things (I'll spare you the details) that I don't think are medically possible and if they are, I don't want to find out first hand!

In one part he talks about how kids should know that no matter how hard things are in high school they should never kill themselves because as a Christian he knows they won't go to Heaven plus, things get better anyway. He's the next spokesman for the Trevor Project I guess but I really hope no kids are reading this book. Maybe most disturbing is that after he talks about all these encounters with strangers,(6 at one time he proudly reports) he says he doesn't use condoms, he doesn't like how they feel. Moron.

This book was so much fun, but more importantly, it had a wonderful message.

I love DD's honest, every-day writer's voice. I felt like we were sitting down for coffee and he was telling me all the things my oft-depraved, curious mind wanted to know. I had some "no-freaking-way!" moments, some laugh-out-loud moments, and some instances of highlighting passages that are just so poignant I knew I would want to read them over and over.

DD has a message for anyone who is picked on in school: It gets better. He has a message for anyone who feels they are singled out for being different: Everyone is unique in some way. Love yourself. He has a message for anyone thinking their life isn't worth living: Hang in there.

There are some fabulously crude descriptions of ways he has used his double-dicks, so this isn't a book for kids. But teens struggling with identity issues might find the overwhelmingly positive message of this book encouraging.

Thank you DD for your honesty, humor, and awesomeness. This was a fantastic read.

Plus side: this was way easier to get through than the billion or so comments on reddit; concise, covered erotic, medical, and human interest elements; you get to try to imagine the physics of a 7-person orgy centering on one person.

Not For Me side: the erotica is-- Gross. Not in acts, I'm not shaming, just in physical written descriptions (eg. "grey wrinkly skin").
Also the parts where he goes for really generic words of affirmation.

Actually I lied that's one of my favorite parts, because the author is clearly annoyed that twitter did not appreciate his handwritten hallmark cards and so he just reproduces the phrases in plain text and you realize that's part of what you paid $8 for, and you can't even be mad.

The often-alluded but carefully non-disclosed romance with his high school "buddy" is the other best part of this book because it implies that they are still friends who communicate and I support that kind of relationship

I don't even remember now how I heard about Diphallic Dude last year, but since then I've been keeping mild tabs on him, because I found his story so interesting. So when I heard about his memoir, I purchased immediately, and was not disappointed! It's a quick read, I did it all in about an hour and some change, but hearing about his experiences growing up as well as his (rather detailed) sexcapades kept me avidly interested. The only time, I feel, that the book loses steam is the last quarter or so of it, when it becomes less of a narrative and more of a copy-and-paste of his Reddit AMA and tumblr questions. Other than that, this book definitely makes me interested in what else Diphallic Dude will write (I think he has a lot more to tell) and I will probably give this a re-read as well.

Let me be upfront: If you are sexually conservative THIS BOOK IS NOT FOR YOU! I was introduced to DDD via a blogger who posted links to his Reddit AMA (with pictures!). It was a fascinating story then and I just forgot about it until I found out there was a book. Being the voracious (and nosy) reader that I am, I read it in one sitting. It was quite interesting and gave a humanity that I wanted more of from his AMA session. I liked learning about his childhood and adolescence. I won't give away too much, but I will warn that he does get quite explicit when he describes two separate encounters with a man and a woman. Overall, it was a good read.

I continue to be overwhelmingly fascinated by this guy. This isn't just a book about a guy with two dicks. It's a book about a guy who is just a great guy. LOVE his attitude and perspective on life.

My only complaint is with the last bit of the book which is rather redundant. Q&A sessions from online are reprinted with no effort to condense the list to only information no yet discussed.
Other than that I loved reading about his life and his encounters.

more of a blog than a book

I bought the book out of curiosity
I have to commend the author for being brave and tell the world his story
However I would be nice to have a bit more in depth inner dialogue, how he found himself, identify himself and own his sexuality and emotional growth etc etc than just listing sexual encounters. IMHO it would make much better read
Good luck to the author

Found out about this guy through IFL Science. Read his Reddit AMA which was interesting. Discovered he wrote a book, so decided to read that also. Honestly, I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted this book to be about, but it is basically his Reddit AMA in far more detail. Then I was just being stubborn and finished it so I could include it on my yearly book count.

Interesting and open, but poorly written and full of grammatical and spelling errors. Author would benefit from more education and a good editor.

I forgot that I read this and will only mention it for the purpose of adding it to my book quota for the year.

Horrible. The author is kind of full of himself and I've a strong feel the entirety of the book is fiction.

This is a story that was best left on Reddit.

I have to say that starting off, at least with some reservations, I genuinely believe most of the claims the author makes in the book. I genuinely believe he's diphallic, I genuinely believe he's more sexually active than the average person by far. I believe him when he talks about wanting to stay private and avoid things like making pornography, although I'm pretty sure he'd have a meal ticket for life in the porn industry.

At the end of the day, does this make an interesting book? Not really. I decided to try reading this after seeing it mentioned in Whang's video on the subject, and it's on Kindle Unlimited, so no harm in giving it a shot. Plus, it clocks in at around 70 pages, so in any case, it didn't take much effort to breeze through it.

Sadly, the author really exhausts a lot of his talking points for the book at around the halfway point and the second half of the book tends to either circle back to repeat material from earlier in the book, or in some places, just directly lifts material verbatim from his Reddit AMA and Tumblr and Twitter accounts. The whole project reads like something that was basically drafted out without a serious attempt at creating a cohesive narrative with minimal or nonexistent editing. I probably shouldn't expect much of a self-published book on Amazon like this, but this book even has basic spelling issues that just drive right home that I'm reading a poorly cobbled-together cash in.

I respect the author's need to have some sense of anonymity, but at every step, it seems to work against his intent in the book at every step. I know there's got to be more to the person behind this book, but because he's unwilling to flesh out the book beyond a basic personal history and retelling a few sexual episodes, there isn't really a whole lot of there there. What you do get beyond that are just his thoughts on a lot of things: He's religious. He's uncomfortable with effeminate gay men. He doesn't think people in the LGBT community should be bothering to ask for rights until they're more accepting of him as a bisexual. He's one of those guys who doesn't "do" condoms. Yawn, whatever.

There's a lot of incredibly questionable medical understanding in the book. He claims multiple times to have genitally and digitally penetrated various of his partners' cervixes. Which is, regardless of how much he insists, not physically possible. His own claims about how his body needs to work, such as claims about his own prostate, strike me as a bit dubious. He makes some pretty extreme and unrealistic claims about how much he's able to take in the backdoor, which I won't get into, but it seems like his own medical understanding of his situation is kind of thin, and he clearly couldn't be bothered to make some consultations to improve things. Beyond that, the repeated bragging is exhausting.

I honestly think this could've been a fun book and it would've been possible to overcome its flaws with perhaps just a little bit more effort in the writing. It would've been best if he'd worked it out in his own personal life to be at least a little more open about his identity. As it is, just watch Whang's video on YouTube or look up the AMA thread. What's here is vastly less exciting.
