This was a very different kind of horror story. I will never hear the nursery rhyme Bunny Foo Foo the same ever again. I used to sing it to my daughter when she was a toddler, oh my! The book was very well written with lots of macabre and disgusting action. The tale is of two witches, a naughty son of one of the witches gets turned into a horrific demon like rabbit by his own mother. The witches condemn him to the forest after his transformation and lie about his presence for 30 years. The problem is he wasn't right in the head when they turned him. Now decades later young, very young, girl has gone missing. The missing girl is the best friend of the Mayors daughter. The Mayor, a FBI agent, and a demonologist all are in the war of their lives. A horrific war to end the abominations Reign of terror before any other girls are harmed. If you like horror novels you may want to give this one a try.

Talk about a twisted tale.
I would recommend this trilogy to anyone who likes horror. It's gory, something I don't enjoy. There are animal deaths.

This book gave be supernatural (the TV show) vibe and I absolutely loved it! I will definitely be checking out this author's other books!
