One night together, and all she left behind was the sweet scent of her perfume on the sheets and her nail marks down his back.

Beckett Crawford didn’t attend opening night of the invite-only sex club, Abditory, looking for anyone. But then he met her and couldn’t resist. He knew her only as “Bubbles,” which made it even more heartbreaking when she disappeared after their mind-blowing night together.

Addison “Addie” Hawkins has enough going on in her life. So, when she’s invited to Abditory, she decides for one night to leave the “old Addie” behind. She forgets her responsibilities and her problems and ends up having her first one-night stand with a man who doesn’t know her name and is almost two decades older than her.
It’s a night of dirty, undiluted pleasure like she’s never known. Which is why she skipped out without saying goodbye.

But Beckett doesn’t give up easily. Even with very little information, he is still determined to find “Bubbles.” Because one night with her was never going to be enough.

After weeks of trying and no progress, he’s disheartened. But fate seems to be on his side when they run into each other in the most unlikely of places.

And even if Addie isn’t convinced that it’ll work, or that Beckett wants what he suggests, who is she to fight fate?

I don't think I can finish this book and it's kind of breaking my heart because I've heard great things from mutuals about this one... It's just really, really not for me.

There's really not that many things that take me out of a spicy romance quite as much as mixing an age-gap romance with a very distinct daddy k!nk. Separate, I can deal with them (up to a point), but together... absolutely not. Also, there's no romance book, of any kind of dynamic the MCs had between them, that would make a SEVENTEEN-year age gap ok with me. Even if it was a reverse age-gap, where the woman's older than the man, I wouldn't be able to take an almost 20-year difference – even though reverse ones are much more my speed!

So, absolutely, this review is based on my personal feelings and opinions about this story. My best, most constructive thing I can say is that I wish the age gap and daddy k!nk was much more obvious when reading the blurb, because I would not have picked it up then.

Thank you, NetGalley, for the e-ARC!

This was a sweet, and very spicy, romance. Part of an interconnect series, this book can be read as a standalone.

This book follows Beckett and Addie. Having met at a kink club on Halloween, Addie walked away thinking it was a one night thing. Beckett had other plans. While a bit insta-lovey, this age-gap romance has just the sweetest MMC in Beckett. I appreciate the fact that there’s no miscommunication trope, no third-act breakup, he’s just an all around great guy. Addie is also a very likable character. While she is young, she’s not immature and both understands and appreciates what she has with Beckett.

If you’re wanting a heartfelt, high-heat romance without darkness or drama, definitely give this book a read.

Thank you to the author and NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for my honest feedback. 🩷

This was a sweet, age gap romance. I really loved how fast and hard Beckett fell for Addison. He was caring and so attentive and she definitely deserved that. The family aspects added in also add a level of emotional sweetness outside the main romance.

The two meet at a sex club but the story isn’t just filled with smut so you get a bit of a good balance. The chapter where they decided to explore their primal kink desires was HOT though!!

I think it probably could have been a bit shorter as I found myself bored at times but that also could be because I like more angsty reads.

Recommend for those wanting sweet (and still spicy) with the focus on the main romance.

Thank you to the author for the eARC on NetGalley! Life got crazy so I ended up reading on KU post release. Review is my honest opinion.

Somebody to Save features Beckett and Addison, who meet one Halloween night at a kink club and hit it off. Beckett can't get her out of his head and wants to find her as he only knows her by her nickname ''Bubbles''.
Days later, they meet again at an unusual place, and Beckett feels they should explore their chemistry further.
This is an age gap romance (he is 40, she is 23) with plenty of spice and some of the feels.
As much as I loved the previous books in the series (especially Theo's), this one didn't quite capture my affection for the characters as much. There was instalove, a Daddy kink that I have seen in some of the books I've read, but it felt at times overused. I couldn't connect to her calling him Daddy all the time; at times, I really wished they would develop a deeper relationship outside of that kink. I don't know really how to better explain it, but it is a good book, it's just that I need a deeper connection and maybe some major drama. This one was pretty much smooth sailing towards the end.
3 stars.

3.5 rounded down
Sweet and spicy. The over-the-top instalove was a huge obstacle to my enjoyment of the story. In fact the lack of dynamic tension held true for most of the book. Bubbles' relationship to her grandmothers was the closest to a real relationship in the whole book. Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review.

The Someone, Somewhere series concludes with Addison and Beckett’s love story!

- 17 year age gap
- attorney x event planner
- one-night stand at the grand opening of a sex club
- “daddy”
- primal play

This was such a fast-paced and bingeable read, however, there were a few things that held me back from giving it a higher rating.

Addison and Beckett’s dynamic was a bit too insta-lust for me, though I did enjoy how dedicated Beckett was in finding the woman he only knew as “Bubbles,” as well as his thoroughness in using safe words and creating a Kink List.

As for Addison, I didn’t love the fact that she slept with Beckett before she had a conversation with her boyfriend to end their relationship, or that it wasn’t even hinted at in the narrative until Owen showed up in person.

And while I understand the importance of building out the world outside of the main couple by developing their jobs and family members, I found that at times, I was at odds with the tonal shift when it came to the juxtaposition of the senior care and level of smut.

I received a free copy of this publication for the purpose of review.

I don't want to include a full list of trigger warnings here as they likely include spoilers, so I would encourage anyone interested who has triggers to check the author's website for a full list.

TW
*Consensual non-consent
*Loss of parents (off page and earlier in life)
*Primal play

Beckett was enrapture right from the start. He had only gone to the opening of his friend's sex club to support him, but when he met "Bubbles" that changed. There was something about her that stuck with him, and it wasn't just the incredible sex. How is he supposed to find her though, when they both stayed anonymous?

This book honestly surprised me. I usually pass on anything with an age gap, it's just not my cup of tea. I'm really glad that I stuck with this one because it ended up being a really heartfelt and touching story. I saw other reviewers mention it and it's absolutely true for me as well, I love that there's no third act breakup, no internal relationship drama. We just get to watch these two grow closer and work through their lives together. There are bumps and hiccups, of course, but Addie and Beckett both approach things openly and honestly with each other. There were a few moments in the book where I was really worried they were going to start keeping secrets from each other or hiding things that would cause drama, but that never happens. It was just so refreshing to watch these two develop a mature relationship with each other.

While it's definitely heartwarming, this book is also unbelievably horny. If you like your books spicy with some kink this might be a big win. At times it was a bit much for me personally, but there's a lot here. I felt the kink here was handled well. Addie and Beckett have a well established safe word, he always checks in with her before they 'play', he checks in with her after to make sure she's okay. There's one scene where Addie needs to use her safe word and Beckett immediately checks in before they go further. It felt very safe to read, and I really loved how Beckett specifically provided Addie a space to explore her sexuality without fear. There's a bit of a lot of kinks here. There's a primal play scene, messy sex, choking (though no explicit breath play), spanking, some lighter D/s elements (talked about but not really heavily present outside the dirty talk), rough sex, and lots and lots of dirty talk.

Really my only complaints about the book came down to the age gap, and how often Addie and Beckett call each other 'baby girl' and 'daddy' respectively. Age gap is just not for me on the whole, and if that's not your thing either it might be enough to skip this one despite how heartwarming it can be. The 'daddy' and 'baby girl' things were similar for me, it's just not to my taste. If it is to yours, then you'll get plenty of it here. Since there was so much spice throughout the book it was enough to knock this down from a 5 star for me, but I can easily see this being someone's favorite.

Honestly this might be my favorite 4 star book I've read all year. I cried towards the end, and I absolutely did not expect that when I started this book. I'm really grateful for the opportunity to read a review copy from NetGalley and I will definitely be checking out more books from Grace.

Thank you to Grace Turner and Netgalley for the ARC.
Somebody To Save by Grace Turner is a spicy, beautiful, and emotional age-gap romance 🥰🤗. The characters are wonderfully layered : Beckett is confident and strong on the outside but surprisingly tender beneath his exterior, Addison is independent and bold 🫶. The trust built between them was top-notch, and both became instantly likeable to me. The grandmothers were a delight to read and perfect addition to the story.
I loved the HAWT chemistry 🤤 and the tension between them. The sex scenes were deliciously done 🔥🌶. There is heart, longing, family, vulnerability, and heat ✨🧡.
Negatives:
I was easily bored multiple times, and I felt it was lacking some depth between the main characters. The switches between POVs could have been written better. Also, the “daddy kink” was a big no-no for me.

Age gap ✔️ book 3 in series ✔️ one night stand to more ✔️ she upgrades 🤭 ✔️ man obsessed ✔️ s*x club meet-cute ✔️ hurt/comfort ✔️ daddy k*nk ✔️ and so so so so much more 🥹

THIS BOOK WAS INCREDIBLE. Grace never misses, and this series (all age gap, all spicy, and all have me feeling all the feels) has become one of my favourites ever.
Beckett and Addison’s story was everything I needed and more. It was hella spicy, funny, so so so sweet and had me absolutely bawling my eyes out for about 5 chapters straight.

Addison was such an incredibly independent, strong woman. I loved finding out about her past, her relationship with her Grandmothers (who were both cute AF) and noticing all the things she did for everybody else. She was like superwoman, always keeping everyone happy but so desperately needed someone to take care of her for a change.

Beckett was THE man. The way this man showed up for her, never stopped thinking about her or looking for her after their one night together, the way they reconnected… the way he showed her time and time again he was there for her… the bracelet he made, the way he stroked her arm as she fell asleep, iykyk. Not only that… but of course he had the dirtiest mouth and was in his element as Daddy… that man was made for that role. 🤭
Honestly the way he surprised me at every turn of the page but for the most amazing reasons.

Their story was a perfect balance of plot and spice, it was fast paced and had me emotionally invested. The way the grandmothers had me both cackling and crying, they were so protective over their girl, for very good reason, but they added such an amazing depth to their story… 😭

I also loved getting to see the other 2 couples from the series… any time spent with Natalie & Theo, and Caroline & Ryder is always worthwhile.

Grace, you smashed this series out of the park yet again, and you should be so proud of yourself. You are amazing and I’m so so glad I found you and your books on here 💙

I wanted to like it so badly but I wasn’t feeling it 😔

For starters - it got me a month and sth around 15 finished books in the meantime to actually finish this one.

It started strong, I liked the first 15-maybe even 20% but then I started to feel it’s just not the type of book.

Each time I picked this book back up I liked it for about 10 pages but then I lost interest/was bored/got the ick. It was a constant rollercoaster of “4 star!” or 5 min but then quickly going down to “just 3 stars” territory.

There were quite a lot of things giving me the ick.
The age gap was bothering me (and it must be sth with the writing/these characters cause this week I read other book with almost exact same age gap which did not give me any ick). I didn’t like the nickname (Bubbles) or the daddy thing.
I felt like there were some parts of the plot added to make it something other than just smut but something wasn’t working for me here. It would work better either with the deeper development of the harder themes or not adding them in the first place.
I don’t understand why she didn’t want to agree to date him but then kinda forgot about it.
I didn’t feel anything for the characters, neither the connection between them.

I’m so sorry cause I got the ARC from the author 😭
But hey, it’s not a bad book, if there was something really wrong with it, I wouldn’t give it 3 stars!
Please consider it very neutral 3 stars. It wasn’t a bad book, maybe just wasn’t for me but with how long it took me to finish, I struggled each time I picked it back up, the fact that it didn’t make me feel much and I got icks, 3 is pretty good rating, considering all that.

ARC Review: Somebody to Save

[I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author. This review reflects my honest and unbiased opinion]

THE WHAT: Addison and Beckett cross paths by chance at a club opening. Certain it’s a one-time encounter, they give in to a one-night stand. However, they both start realize the pull between them is far too strong to leave behind.

THE VIBE: Age-gap, consensual/non-consensual play, family-loss, caregiver.

THE HOW: This story provides a dual point of view from both the FMC’s and MMC’s perspectives.

THE HIT: The story and the characters were likeable. I liked seeing Addison embrace articulating her wants to Beckett and the trust built between them. I thought it was smart to provide some background information about Addison’s past although I thought the part with her ex didn’t really add to the story and was random.

THE MISS: There were a few things that I did not enjoy in this book. First, the nickname ‘Bubbles’ gave me the ick. Full stop. Also, I found the transition between the characters POV’s odd. The author would end the chapter in one scene, from the perspective of one of the main characters, and then switch to the other a few scenes prior. Last, the title and the storyline didn’t really make sense to me as there was really no attempted “saving”.

THE REC: This book was ok. I found it quite predictable and some additions such as Owen, didn’t add anything for me.

THE OVERALL: I had high hopes for this book when I read the description however it fell short. My final rating is:

2.5/5
⭐️⭐️.5

Spice Rating: 4/5

Grace Turner gets me every time!

She knows how to write such in depth, sweet, sexy, spicy and heartfelt stories that just give you all the good feels.

I was so excited to get Addie & Beckett’s story snd they definitely did not disappoint. I was hooked on their connection from the beginning. The way they both let go for each other was so instantaneous and really sold their insta-love which was so beautiful.

Addie felt like the weight of the world was on her shoulders and buried her head in work. She is taking care of her elderly grandmas, struggling to feel like she’s doing enough for them while also feeling like she’s not enough to be loved and cares for.

Beckett lives the life of a lawyer, always working hard and long hours and never really taking breaks. He always puts others first and cares deeply. He hasn’t had success in love, but he’s determined to latch on when he meets “Bubbles” at a night club and instantly feels captivated by her.

When these two reconnect, the chemistry is undeniable. Their journey is full of so many touching moments, a deep connection that is evident to anyone who looks at them, and a spicy romance that helps them both find themselves and let go.

Grace has been one of my go to authors and she continues to utterly blow me away with her incredible stories. I loved the tension, drama, story, character developments, and the love that speaks volumes.

Thank you so much Grace for an ARC!

Beckett Crawford didn't intend on meeting anyone while attending opening night of the invite-only sex club. When he meets a young woman that goes by the name "Bubbles", Beckett couldn't resist. After one night, he is heartbroken to find out she's disappeared. After weeks of trying and no progress, Beckett is disheartened, but fate has other plans as he runs into Addison "Addie" Hawkins in the most unlikely of places. And who are they to fight fate?

Addison was such a strong and independent young woman. I loved finding out about her past and what she had endured from such a young age. Her relationship with her grandmothers reminded me so much of the parental figures I have in my life. Addison had done so much for everyone else; wearing her superwoman cape while making sure everyone is happy and checking on those around her. However, what Addison needed was someone to take off the cape and let someone take care of her for a change.

Beckett was a great male main character for “Bubbles”. He showed up for Addie, never stopped thinking about her or how to show her support. Even after their one night together and that instant connection, it was all the more satisfying when Beckett found Addie and they reconnected. After that, Beckett continued to show up for her no matter what was going on personally in his life. From the bracelet he made and how he listened to what comforted Addison during her times of need. Behind closed doors, Beckett filled another role in Addie's life with filthy words and her Daddy kink. Even when Addie didn't need the help to fight certain battles, Beckett was always a quiet supporter. Beckett surprised me in the best ways.

Grace Turner never misses and this new age-gap series is no exception! Addison and Beckett's story was everything that I didn't know I wanted. Spicy, funny, and filled with sweet moments that had me cheering for this couple the whole way. This story was a perfect balance of plot and spice, never flowing down or shorting the reader on the emotional investment in the main couple. I loved that we also got to check in with Natalie & Theo and Caroline & Ryder from the first two novels made this book more worthwhile.

I want to thank Grace for allowing me to read an e-ARC of this novel. You really delivered on another great series of amazing characters and storytelling! I can't wait to read what you have coming next!

I received an ARC via Netgalley in exchange for a honest review.

Somebody to Save is exactly the kind of book that leaves you smiling when you turn the last page. From the very beginning, I fell in love with the characters. They’re so likeable, genuine, and full of warmth. Grace Turner has a wonderful ability to write people who feel real, flawed in small ways, but always trying their best, which made me connect to them immediately.

What I appreciated most was how light and refreshing the story felt. It doesn’t drag or overcomplicate things. Instead, it flows naturally, keeping a perfect balance between heartfelt moments and easy, uplifting reading. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need: a story that feels comforting but still meaningful.

The communication between the characters also stood out to me. There’s a sense of confidence, honesty, and mutual respect that makes their relationships believable and wholesome. Watching them grow, support each other, and find strength in connection was such a joy.

Somebody to Save is a feel-good, beautifully written story about love, friendship, and hope. It’s heartwarming without ever feeling shallow, and it reminded me how powerful simple, honest communication can be. A truly delightful read that left me in the best mood!

Arc review

Dual POV 1st person
Age gap
High spice
Babygirl/daddy with lots of dirty talk.

So they hook up at a sex club, one night stand and then part ways. Of course we know this isn’t the end and they will run into each other again or there wouldn’t be a book… I try not to overthink books like this and just enjoy the ride. But their meet up in the real world had me gritting my teeth in discomfort! the MMC was like a red flag creep! She stated clearly it was one night and even refused to give her name. He starts looking for her which she became aware of, and then when they happen upon each other he immediately invades her space touching and kissing her while she gives no indication this is what she wants! She says no repeatedly to dates so he does the logical thing.. shows up to her work to just watch her. Uhg I couldn’t move past it even once dates were agreed to and romance evolved. Don’t give me safe words when my “no” was literally disrespected from “real life” day 1.

My personal issues mentioned above aside…
I just feel like this needed to pick a lane. Let’s get into heavy family plot or high heat romance. Mixing both was weird and disjointed. Not for me. Too long. Writing was fine.

Somebody To Save by Grace Turner is a steamy, emotional, and utterly addictive romance that pulled me in from the very first page. Beckett is strong, determined, and surprisingly tender beneath his confident exterior, while Addison is bold, independent, and irresistibly complex. Their chemistry is scorching, filled with tension, longing, and moments that make your heart race. Turner captures the intensity of a one-night encounter that evolves into something much deeper with precision and authenticity. I loved watching Beckett’s unwavering pursuit and Addie’s internal struggle as they navigate their emotions and pasts. Every scene is charged with emotion, from sensuality to vulnerability, making it impossible to put the book down. The pacing is perfect, keeping the stakes high while allowing their connection to develop naturally. Turner’s writing is sharp, vivid, and full of heart, giving life to every thought, glance, and touch. I also loved the way fate and coincidence played into their story, making it feel inevitable and satisfying. Somebody To Save is a passionate, heart-stopping romance that leaves a lasting impression.

Somebody To Save By Grace Turner ARC Review

I’m sad for this series to come to an end but I can’t wait for more books to be written by Grace this was written wonderfully and I rated this book 5 stars. I would like to thank Grace for my advance reader copy.

Firstly, I would like I Ioved Beckett and what he had to offer Addison I thought their relationship was something magical I loved how they were together and the power dynamic they had as being in a relationship with each other.

The way they both felt something towards each other from the start and how they belonged together I liked how they overcame their differences and how I got to see them develop as a couple and stay in love. I was so impressed and very grateful that I got to read this story it was spicy with an age gap.

Addison, was beautiful and she stood in solid ground but I was glad they both communicated effectively and how they handled their feelings and rising so they both could have each other. I loved how she was able to see eye to eye with Beckett and supporting each other from start to end.

Grace Turner delivers another knockout with Somebody to Save — a story that perfectly balances heart, humour, and high heat. Beckett and Addie’s relationship is the kind of romance that feels both tender and consuming, filled with genuine care, deep emotional connection, and scorching chemistry. Addie shines as a strong, selfless woman who’s always looking after others, while Beckett is the ultimate protective, patient, and attentive hero who never stops showing up for her. Their bond feels effortless yet powerful, and every moment between them had me smiling, swooning, or tearing up.

Turner’s writing has that rare ability to make characters feel real — flawed, kind, and full of life. The pacing is seamless, the dialogue natural, and the warmth from the side characters adds depth to the spice. If you love stories that make you feel everything without unnecessary drama, this is it.

Tropes include:

Age gap
Found family
One nightstand turned more
Protective / caretaker hero
Low angst
High spice, high heart

Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC! While it took me a while to finish - i still adored Addie and Beckett. My intro to this series with Theo and Natalie and they stole my heart! Addie and Beckett did the same and their story and their outside relationships were so sweet and loved reading about them. I wish there were external plots outside of their relationship to keep along with the storyline. If we could have went more into the one stealing from the company or an alternate story line as I think besides the not knowing who each other was and their age gap there was not much of any drama to keep the story going. I felt that this may have slowed my process in finishing the book. As i found the other books in the series had a plot of not wanting the relationship to get out, needing to be secretive, etc. But Addie and Beckett had instant chemistry and I enjoyed coming along on the journey with them was so much fun. Overall, I love all these characters in this series!

I laughed, I cried, and everything in between. This book was so good, I don’t really know how to explain it…

Both the characters felt very real to me, and, although there was an age gap, both characters were very mature. I liked how their interactions were described, I could imagine the setting and surrounding vividly. Even if it was very insta lusty, I saw how well the characters fit together and they communicated properly around problems they encountered.
Grams and Nana made me laugh, and Nana’s death made me bawl my eyes out on the train. I was touched by the way grief was described in this book, how it is always there just more or less manageable depending on the day.

Overall a very good book and I would really recommend it! Thank you NetGalley for providing me with the eArc of Somebody to Save!!

Not to diminish the actual story here, but have to say the spice was so good... I love a solid, interconnected standalone. At first, I was nervous when I realized this was the third in a series, but you can read it independently of the others and still get a good storyline. What I really loved about Beckett and Addie's relationship was that I was genuinely invested in it. The MMC here was actually a good person, and I felt that the author didn't rely on some of the popular tropes to keep the book enticing, but instead wrote good characters in a compelling storyline. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a refreshing romance.

📖 / 4⭐️

After an anonymous Halloween night Beckett can’t forget the woman dressed as Bubbles, the only issue he can’t find her. Until coincidence brings them back together 😏

Addison works 2 jobs and takes care of her grandmothers, something she does absolutely out of love but still, she doesn’t know how she’d fit Beckett into her life even with their undeniable chemistry. But Beckett has some ideas of his own..

I had the honor of beta and ARC reading for this book!! Thank you to Grace for the opportunity. I absolutely fell in love with these two.

This is the “but who takes care of you?” trope x2 because they are both the ones who keeps it all together for themselves and their families so it’s a super cozy, low angst read of them finding that support within each other. It’s also spicy so that’s fun too!

This book is extra spicy with a side of sweetness that had me swooning and melting from the heat. I was hooked from beginning to end. The characters are fun and interesting. I love Grace Turner's writing, she creates an addictive plot that had me devouring the pages.

Beckett and Addie are so hot together, there is no denying the chemistry dripping from the pages. The spice was next level with Beckett's dirty talk that had me melting. I never got the age-gap ick. I also love that there's no third-act breakup.

Tropes:
Age-gap
Kinky

This series is seriously so good, I recommend it if you love it extra hot, with characters and a plot that will have you giddy with excitement and melting from the spice look no further.

Thank you NetGalley and Grace Turner for the opportunity to read this sizzling eARC.

This was such a sweet story with just the right amount of suspense for you to want to finish this book in one sitting! I have read several of Grace Turners' books, and this was by far my favorite. The characters just felt so real, and the story was so heartwarming. I loved that the main character was so close to her grandmothers, it really reminded me of my own relationship with my grandma. I also loved the age gap aspect of Beckett and Addie's relationship, it added a whole other dimension to their relationship and gave them just the right number of difficulties to overcome together. This book made me laugh and cry, and I couldn't recommend it more. I would highly recommend this if you're looking for a page-turning, romantic, age-gap romance with elements of BDSM and lots of spice.

I was given a copy of this ARC for free and am leaving this review voluntarily.

Thank you to the publisher for allowing me to read this ARC
2.5⭐ although I genuinely feel bad for not liking this book.
This book honestly just wasn't for me, and that's okay because I hope it will reach it's intended audience.
I feel like the book was missing the entire plot.. the whole book was just about how their relationship was insane and all-consuming and unconventional, but it worked for them. And don't even get me started on all of the spicy scenes that took up 75% of the book.. I mean, I love spice as much as the next girl, but there is a such thing as too much at some point.
Also, Grace why did you have to break my heart with Nana's death like that 🥺😭 that was the one part of the book I was emotional during.

I really enjoyed reading this book. Grace Turner’s writing is fantastic! It didn’t take long to fall in love with Addison and Beckett. From the beginning of the book, it felt like I had known these characters for longer than just a few chapters!! While reading this book, I felt fully immersed in their world. The spicy scenes are woven seamlessly throughout the story, never feeling forced or out of place. You will enjoy the ride of this age gap relationship!! I loved seeing the familiar faces of Natalie, Theo, Caroline, and Ryder! Although they make an appearance from the first two books, it is not a requirement to have read them first. Somebody to Save is a well-written, character-rich romance with just the right blend of heat and heart. This book definitely deserves a spot on your shelf.

First of all I want to say I quite enjoyed the first two books in this interconnected series by Grace Turner. So I went into this one with high hopes.

Where this book fell short for me was the cheating story. Although I was fully aware of that in the triggers. It was still a surprise due to the character who was the cheater. As well the brush off and acceptable from other characters. That didn't sit well with me.

The age gap I can do with and I have nothing against any of the other triggers for this book. But I just couldn't get past the cheating or the nicknames. So unfortunately this story was a miss for me.

Thank you NetGalley & Grace Turner. I appreciate the chance to read this ARC.

This is my first book by Grace Turner “Somebody to Save” I truly enjoyed this book. If this is number 3 in the series I can’t wait to read the others.
I loved Beckett and what he had to offer Addison.. I thought their relationship was something magical. Somebody to Save was such a fun, steamy read. The age gap. The emotional and financial support was the best thing that could have happened to Addison after her past.
I can’t wait to read more of Grace Turner’s books

Thank you to the Author Grace Turner, NetGalley and the publishing company for the ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.

Somebody to save was a nice, cute, and quick read. It kept me engaged and wanting more each chapter. Lately with work it's been taking me much longer to read books but this read on about 4 days. It's a quirky age gap romance with age appropriate adults. I really appreciate that our FMC Addie was already pretty established in her life when meeting the much older Beckett.

I do feel like the ending was a bit rushed and I really wanted 1 more chapter but it also ended in a good place and I'm happy with it. There weren't any parts that made me overly emotional but there was a enough to empathize with the characters.

I would recommend this for anyone looking for an easy going laid back read.
