A man with a heart of gold. A woman with no time for love. A game of secrets and desire.
The last thing I expect after a nasty breakup is to fall headfirst into a client-with-benefits situation with Bella. When she finds me nursing my wounds, she takes me home like a stray kitten. Then there’s Chris. Bella’s hot neighbor that I find myself playing more than just video games with. Which wouldn’t be a problem if we weren’t both straight.
Can I fight the flames between Bella and I while fanning sparks with Chris? Or will this love between us end in game over once the smoke clears?
USA Today Bestselling Author Ariel Dawn is a real life mermaid and self-professed geek with a penchant for a good book and a strong cup of coffee (or tea!).
Ariel writes plot driven paranormal romance, monster romance, reverse harem, and urban fantasy featuring feisty heroines, sinfully delicious heroes, and neurodivergent besties.
As a fellow neurodivergent, when she isn't writing, she can be found cosplaying, attending conventions, or creating all sorts of artwork in her studio. She loves hanging out with family and friends as well as playing video games and board games with her retro gamer husband.
I really enjoyed this one. The spice level was just right, and the MMF romance added an exciting layer that kept things steamy and unpredictable. Ariel Dawn knows how to write chemistry, and the scenes between the characters definitely had me fanning myself.
That said, I felt like there was less of a plot in this book compared to others in the series, and sometimes the sex scenes overshadowed the story. It was great for what it was, but I was hoping for a little more substance or conflict beyond the romantic entanglements.
On a more personal note, I totally get why Noah is so protective over the cat being a cat dad of 2. It’s endearing, and it adds a sweet, grounded moment amid all the steam.
Overall, Noah was a fun, hot read. If you’re in the mood for a romance-heavy story with lots of passion and a twisty dynamic, this is definitely worth checking out—especially if you’re already invested in the Foxy’s Rent-a-Date world.
Ariel Dawn strikes again, and this time she brings reinforcements. If you’ve been following the Foxy’s Rent-a-Date universe, you already know Noah—Jacob’s twin, the quiet glow to his brother’s wildfire. I’d been waiting for his story with the patience of a saint… or at least pretending to. And let me tell you: every expectation I had packed its bags and fled the scene, because the real thing is so much better.
This book gives us a deliciously balanced MMF trio: Noah, Bella, and Chris. Yes, trío, queridos—if anyone faints at the idea of a well-written ménage, hydrate and carry on, because their chemistry is anything but timid. What makes their dynamic shine is how Dawn captures the tenderness, the vulnerability, the messy worries each one carries… and then stitches everything together into something warm, funny, and unexpectedly profound. They shouldn’t work on paper; in practice, they’re puzzle pieces that snap together with that extremely satisfying click.
The timeline dances alongside Jacob & Aaron’s book, weaving family ties and emotional echoes through both Noah–Jacob and Chris–Aaron connections. You can read Noah as a standalone, but diving into Jacob first adds an extra layer of sweetness (and gossip) that’s just too good to miss.
In short? I adored this book. Noah’s story is heartfelt, spicy, and deeply human—one of those romances that leaves you pouting at the fact there’s only one installment left. If Ariel Dawn ever decides to write a hundred more, I’ll be first in line, waving my preorder confirmation like a proud fangirl.
Noah by Ariel Dawn is a captivating blend of romance, humor, and unexpected connections. At the heart of the story is Noah, a man reeling from a breakup, who finds solace—and so much more—in a complicated clients-with-benefits relationship with Bella, a fiercely independent woman.
The chemistry between Noah and Bella is electric, marked by witty banter and emotional depth. Bella’s no-nonsense attitude juxtaposes nicely with Noah’s vulnerability, making their interactions both refreshing and relatable. Just when you think this relationship is straightforward, enter Chris—Bella's alluring neighbor who adds an intriguing twist. Noah’s burgeoning attraction to Chris challenges his notions of love and desire, leading to a complex love triangle that keeps you guessing.
Dawn expertly navigates the themes of love, secrecy, and self-discovery. The emotional stakes rise as Noah grapples with his feelings for both Bella and Chris, creating a tension that is palpable throughout the narrative. The blend of humor and heartfelt moments allows the reader to connect deeply with each character’s journey.
If you love stories that explore love in all its complexities, Noah will not disappoint.
While all of these stories can stand alone this one should be read after Jacob who is Noah's twin brother.
Noah is hit with a breakup right at the beginning of this story which kind of has him spiraling. He no longer has an apartment since he had moved in with the girlfriend. While drinking in a bar he runs into a long time client with benefits, Bella. Well they definitely end up back at her place but this time it feels so much different.
Bella is definitely older than Noah. She lives alone with her cat. Her neighbor Chris comes by and takes care of the cat when she is out. (We meet these two first in Jacobs book). Noah is a reader and gamer. He is quiet and straight....except that he finds himself very interested in Noah.
This story is focused mostly in the relationship. I loved the dual bi-awakening we get in this one. They are both so surprised but these three are just beautiful together.
This was definitely a 4.5 rounding up to 5. I love these three. They are not perfect and they all have insecurities. Together they are understanding, accommodating and patient. It was beautiful watching them come to be.
We have met Noah and Chris in previous books in the series and now get to see how everything connects. Noah is dealing with the aftermath of a breakup and runs into Bella (a past date and the only one he's been intimate with). These two have a deep connection with each other. But then we meet Chris (Bella's neighbour). We see all three have connections with each other together and separate. Once you really get into the story, there is a good deal of spice between multiple sets up of these characters. They all had their own things they had to work through to be happy with themselves and their lives. They worked through this together and I loved seeing them come together for one another.
This book is part of the Foxy’s Rent-A-Date series. This is an amazing series. Each book is written by a different but amazing author. I have not read every book in the series. I have enjoyed the books I did read. The story was amazing as well as the backstories. The characters were just incredible. I admire the FMC so much! She is sassy, independent and a strong role model. I fell in love in lust with these MMCs! I mean, how could you not?! They are hot, smexy and somewhat domineering. They are the book boyfriend ideal. Thank you, Ariel Dawn. for such a sweet and spicy read! I was up until 3 am reading this story. I had to get up at 5:30 am for work. It was totally worth it and I would do it again!
Wow! This book was so good. It is a MMF book with two bi-awakenings so if that's not for you then stop now but if you like that trope or are curious then definitely read this book. Do not let the cover or title fool you because yes there is a lot of spice but there is also so much more. This book will take you through the emotions so be prepared. I absolutely loved Noah and my heart broke with his struggles because they hit close to home just not the same struggle. Each character went through their own mental struggles or blocks to finally make it to each other. I highly recommend reading his twins book Jacob before this one but both can be read as standalone. You will also get the pleasure of getting book recommendations while reading. Happy Reading Everyone!
That said, this installment felt a little lighter on plot compared to the rest of the series. The spice started really fast in this book.
Still...getting more of Noah after meeting him in his twin brother’s book? I was begging for that, and I’m so glad we finally got his story. And Bella? I was obsessed with her from page one. After that first spicy scene, I knew I was going to love her, and she just kept getting better.
I’m absolutely loving this series so far, and I’ll definitely keep “renting a date” from Ariel Dawn every time she drops something new.
wow. this book kept me so hooked, each character had so much depth to them they you get so connected to them.
chris, noah, and bella are such a dynamic due. each one comes with their own strengths and they also balance out their weaknesses.
you get each of their povs, and being inside their head only shows you the depth of their emotions and how much they’re going through/feel towards the others.
seeing them slowly come to terms with their emotions made my heart happy but gosh the emotional turmoil and 3rd act conflict had my heart breaking for all of them.
the book references and twilight quotes were so funny. i cannot recommend this book enough.
Noah is worth the wait!!! We caught a glimpse of him in Jacob's story and there was more to him that meets the eye! Each character is dealing with their own internal struggles and when Noah has a chance encounter with a repeat Foxy's client the simmering embers fire up! I loved how each character had their own dynamic with each other, Noah and Bella, Bella and Chris, Chris and Noah and how naturally the relationships built. If you are a fan of a some angst, new feelings, chemistry and a whole lotta heat, this one is a must read!!!
Since reading Ariel Dawn's first Rent-a-Date, Jacob in August, I have been waiting "patiently" for Noah's story. The wait was worth it. Noah is the perfect date, Bella is the perfect lover and Chris is the perfect surprise to this whole book. The characters are endearing and full of real life drama and the writing from Ariel Dawn is captivating and draws you in with it's angst, drama and searing chemistry. I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it and Jacob, just read Jacob first.
This is my third read by Ariel Dawn and her stories get better and better. With each page turn, I feel dove deeper into Noah's story. I didn't even realize I devoured this story quickly until I reached the end. I'm so happy we get to see a few familiar faces in this one. I really loved how we got to see each relationship build up and the different dynamics. I absolutely LOVE Ariel's work and can't wait to see what she gives us readers next.
This book is closely linked to the book Jacob in the Foxy's Rent-A-Date series, since Jacob and Noah are twins, they include a lot of the same characters and happen, pretty much, at the same time. Noah may be more confident socially, but is not confident in his intelligence or education. This polyamorous romance is told from the perspectives of Noah, Bella and Chris. It is a really touching story with everyone having their own insecurities and misconceptions, and low self-esteem. It is a sweet and really spicy story.
When I saw we'd get a story about Noah, I was excited! We first meet Noah in an earlier Foxy's story. We come full circle. Noah is dealing with a broken heart after a rough breakup. Enter Bella, a previous Foxy's client. And sparks fire! There's so much more to be explored between the two. But then... enter Chris. Bella's neighbor. Relationship develop, together, separately, in any conceivable combination between the three. Ariel writes a captivating, steamy, drama that captures your heart.
Grab the tissues you are going to need them. Dear lord this was an emotional rollercoaster of a ride. Chris, Bella and Noah totally tore my heart out, their own personal demons and quirks really tugged at my heartstrings.
This might very well be my favourite of this series so far, and seeing Jacob and Adam again was excellent.
Another great story in the Foxy's Rent A Date series. I was hooked start to finish. I loved Noah, Bella and Chris. The three of them worked so well together. Ariel dawn does,a,great job making the reader feel their emotions as they tried to figure out just what their relationship with each other was. This was such a great read.
This one hit a lot of the feel good vibes. Noah popped up in Jacob’s book so it was fun to see him and some of the other characters as well. I really liked how each of the relationships developed. The ending felt a bit rushed, but it was still good.
I love that we got a Noah book! He was mentioned in Jacob’s story so I’m glad we got to circle back to him. Makes the beach house scene make so much more sense now! Absolutely love Noah. Also excited we got to learn more about Bella as she was also mentioned in Jacob’s story. Such a great read!
Another great read from Ariel! I love that we got to see Noah, Chris, and Bella again, along with some bits of Jacob from his brother's POV. The progression of the relationship among the three was perfectly paced and so happy they all got their HEA!!
