Beautiful and useful book

This book is amazong both content and design wise. The pages and pictures are so perfectly put together that just watching it already reduce your cortisol level.
In addition to that it has several practical tips and a detailed plan how to become a more peaceful and healthy you. I loved the most the shopping list for each week, so I do not even need to bother with finding out what I need to buy.
