Review
The book was great. Your pen game is crazy. However I'm not a fan on series. Especially when I have to wait awhile for the next book. In my opinion, it makes me lose interest because I then have to start reading another book and going through the same thing with other authors.Overall the book was great though. If the other book was available immediately after I would have given your book 5 stars. Again that's just my opinion.

Them Skeletons are DROPPING!!!!
Despite how you were reason and what your parents feel your purpose is in life, you as a person has the final say. Some things are not suppose to happen the way they were planned. Lastly, everything that’s done in the dark comes to light - Let’s chat shall we!
Grey & Gio, living the life that was raised to live which is in the foot steps of their father Saint, these men are starting to back peddle. Not knowing that the last job which was kidnapping Lennox and Legaci because of their father’s , ya boys are doing something they don’t normally do - catching feelings 🥰. Before the incident at the block party, Grey & Gio was accepting that they were starting to feel things they never felt before and only increased more 🥰. When I say these brothers are mean, rude and don’t care, I mean just that! But what I love about them, they are willing to face and accepted what their hearts have been trying to tell them 🥹. When these men went against the grain - their father, they learned that he was watching them more than they thought and cause a reaction they weren’t ready for 🫣. I have to admit that I always wondered what truly happened with their mother, but wasn’t expecting to was told to them. Now with the actions that Saint just did and Grey & Gio learning about their mother, skeletons are starting to fall out of the closet. Can’t wait to see how that turns out and the outcome. I just know they about to cause havoc 🫣!
Lennox & Legaci, my girls can’t when for losing. Listen I have to say I love Lennox down. She plays not a single game and has no issue handling business when needed 😉. See with the mess that’s going on both ladies adapted to there environment even though it wasn’t traditional. Along with adapting to the environment, feeling is getting involved. With playing the part, and being in the position they are in, they let it be known what they and will not tolerate 🤏🏾🤏🏾. Oh but they wasn’t ready to the step’s that Saint took after the block party and what’s been going on with his sons side of the house🫣. With his actions, they were placed in an environment that they have never been and what their father Arthur Procter then from. Legaci, being used for her talent and Lennox is just placed where needed, but regardless of it all Lennox will not cave and determine to protect her and Legaci at all cost 🫣. This why I love her down. The way she put them hands on ole girl has me in tears laughing 🤣! However, neither one expected to run into anyone they knew at all - Torrance.
Saint, I just DON’T like him. Can’t wait until his actions catch up with him, cause baby it’s coming. What he doesn’t realize is everything that’s done in the dark will come to light. He not going to be ready for what his sons are about to approach him with.
Arther, Kendra & Mina, this here is a hot mess. Mina is going to allow greed to take her down. Like girl go be happy with Bellamy 🤣. Mina messy and Kendra better be careful. A jealous person can be a dangerous and naive person. Arthur, may regret and lose Kendra for what he had her doing. Like She already having thought. But I think ya boy is going to handle Mina best self.
The way I wish book 3 came out at the same time. That ending - T.Michelle playing 🤣🤣🤣! I’ve always say I’m patiently waiting but this one here going to have me outside with a flash light in the day time looking for it 🤣!

The Heart Don’t Respect the Code
The flame was lit just enough to keep me locked in. It still felt a little safe, but watching the characters interact more definitely brought some life to the story. The tension is there—you can feel it simmering under the surface. I’m hoping Greyson and Giorgio actually take heed to what their aunt revealed, because that little gem? Yeah, I saw it coming, but it still landed the way it needed to.
Kendra though… whew. She’s playing a dangerous game, and it’s only a matter of time before the fire she’s flirting with burns back. Saint’s grip on his boys is starting to loosen, and that loss of control is loud. The heart doesn’t respect rules, hierarchy, or street codes—it wants what it wants, period.
Art needs to move smarter from here on out. This is chess, not checkers, and right now I’m tired of everyone playing it safe. I’m ready for betrayal, consequences, and lines being crossed that can’t be uncrossed. Turn the heat up already. On to part three. 🔥

Hooked from Start to Finish 😭😭😭
The way I flew through this book—whew! It’s so well written. I absolutely loved the character development and how invested I became in the couple at the center of the story. One thing about T. Michelle she will leave you on a cliffhanger, and it’ll have you craving more every single time. This book was no exception. Well done, and highly recommended. I seriously can’t wait for the third book because when it comes to T. Michelle, she always leaves you wanting more.

A lot is happening in a short time frame cuz it seems like less than a week the boys was risking it all for the girls they kidnapped. But now Saint is pissed and done yoked them girls up. Legaci still crying and Lennox still bout her business. I swear I love Lennox character. She’s strong even when she’s scared. She shed a couple tears but that girl gonna fight. Now family secrets are arising. Will Gio and Grey fight for the girls they’re falling for or will they allow their father to use them as a means to an end? Ends on a cliffhanger.

We know he about to get what he deserves and they boys going finally have a life I pray their mom is alive and baby Lennox don’t play got that hoe together and Torrence wasn’t 💩 in the first book however I never expect him to work at that filthy place and baby Legacy needs to toughen up I know she ain’t never been in that situation but her man is coming by all means necessary she just going have to hang on

Kudos to the author
I literally ate this book up in one sitting. I held my invisible pearls for dear life reading this book. When I say his book had me in a chokehold, that’s what I meant. You know I was really happy when the brothers Lennox and Greyson choose love over their father’s toxic way of thinking and his lifestyle. Can’t wait for book 3.
