Personally, the thing I “got for me” from this book and that I think is useful are all the exercises to bring back awareness in the chaos that sometimes reigns in my mind. Some of that may be reminiscent of mindfulnnes exercises, but that is not my problem, partly because I feel there is "little new under the sun" lately.

Personalmente la cosa che ho "preso per me" da questo libro e che penso mi sia utile, sono tutti gli esercizi per riportare la consapevolezza del caos che certe volte regna sovrano nella mia mente. Alcuni potrebbero ricordare gli esercizi di mindfulnnes, ma non é un problema mio, anche perché ritengo ci sia poco di nuovo sotto il sole ultimamente.
