Rate this book
After experieincing a family tragedy as a teenager, all Marie Sanderson ever wanted was a happy and peaceful home with her husband, Burt, in the small town of Leavenworth, Kansas. However, the Sandersons' daughter, Andrea, seems to defy and destroy her mother's every hope by her outrageous and much gossiped about behavior. This strained mother-daughter relationship becomes even more intense when Andrea becomes pregnant at the age of seventeen. Marie is adament, at first, that the baby should be put up for adoption while Andrea doesn't seem to have any thought or concern about her own baby daughter.
But what if Andrea's baby has the ability to shine light on the blind perceptions and half truths the Sandersons have been living under for the majority of their lives? What if Andrea's daughter, Baby Jane, has the ability to change the hearts and lives of everyone she encounters? Jane is definitely a miracle baby and suddenly the Sanderson family will never be the same again.
