Great Resource!

The author begins by covering the basics of Juicing, and what she has found to work the best. There are video links for some of the recipes.

For each juice recipe, there is a corresponding pulp recipe. There are clever ways of using pulp such as picante Sauce, wraps for sandwiches, and bread.

nice read

Great for juicers that don't know what to do with their pulp or for anyone that is gluten free and looking for substitutes for bread, etc. I am looking forward to tying these recipes.
