The Beatles made a huge impact in Australia when they toured in 1964. This book by rock historian Glenn A Baker remains a personal favourite as it does such a good job of covering their visit in detail. The photos, the paraphernalia, the stories all give the reader a genuine sense of what it was like and the cultural impact it had. A must for Australian fans and perhaps even more interesting to those fans who know little about this part of Beatle history.
