Uses the tools of systems thinking to teach the fundamentals of tennis, describes the physics behind tennis, and stresses the importance of balance, timing, and concentration
i bought this book in paris (rue rivoli), when i was playing and coaching. (last century!) was an eye-opener. i moved from europe to america and i lost my copy. i found only my notes.
i would like to re-read it. i have tons of tennis books, but i think this one is sort of top of the list.
Excellent book for intermediate+ tennis players. It's more about feeling the ball and your body working together rather than mechanical stroke technique. We'll see how the results end up in a few months!
