Omega Tsugumi has only just transferred to Kokonoe, the all-alpha academy, and he’s already dropped a bomb by declaring to the school that he and Megumi will be mates. Megumi, on the other hand, is more focused on Tsugumi’s safety. Despite it all, they’re able to settle in to enjoy their remaining high school years together. Or so they thought! A new teacher arrives who seems dead set on splitting them up, and a group of alphas attack Tsugumi’s class as a prank! Unaware that it’s Megumi’s dad pulling the strings, the two do their best to deal with the drama.

these volumes are starting to feel like the same thing over and over again, but i’m so invested that i can’t let go of this series 😭. don’t get me wrong, i love megumi and tsugumi, but at this point i’m looking forward to their parents’ story at the end compared to theirs.

This is getting kinda repetitive, but also volumes take forever to be published so enough time passes between them that I'm kinda okay with it lol.

I can't remember how Megumi used to be, feels like a total 180. since he's this wistful romantic now that Tsugumi is in his life. Tsugumi is a glutton to the max, and cares for Megumi deep down. So blasé in a funny way.

This volume introduces a special class omega teacher, Nagano, who is supposed to break the couple apart per Director's orders. Thing is, he likes to stir the pot and just see what happens for shits and giggles.

So I'm gonna keep reading the series as these volumes get published lol.

RECAP: Tsugumi goes to the same school now, new teacher who embraces sleeping his way to the top, punching locker to avoid fighting, heat spike at school, school trip, lie about Megumi being hurt, thinking Nagano is an ally.

Just when I think this series can’t get any more hilarious, Mr. Nagano shows up. He’s so funny.

I love the new addition of Tsugumi’s teacher Nagano who is basically just a shit disturber who is supposed to be sabotaging our leads, but likes them too much to try very hard.

Tsugumi remains clueless but still has moments where he shows how much he likes Megumi, which will always be cute.

I can’t wait for the next volume.

I hate how much I love Megumi & Tsugumi! Tsugumi is so clueless but adorable. And Megumi is so hopelessly in love with him. It’s so cute.

The story has reached the point where it is starting to meander a little but at the same time I’m happy to just gobble up whatever the plot throws at me because I find Megumi & Tsugumi’s dynamic so cute. Mr. Nagano’s character is pretty interesting too, so I’m curious to see where his arc goes.

Tsugumi is such a mood. Why should he have to do all this stuff to prevent his heat when alphas are the ones who can't control themselves.

I know Megumi's dad let Tsugumi come to drive a wedge between them, but I fear he's just going to make their relationship stronger since they'll have to deal with more things together. Also, the teacher is hilarious but a creeper. Hope he ends up with the dad, heh heh.

The school trip was cute and I'm glad we got to see so much happen in this volume. We even got to see more of Tsugumis parents background, which makes me cackle. Megumi acts just like Tsugumi's alpha dad. They're both so whipped.

The storyline seems to be going slower now that they're in the same school. I wonder how the next volume will play out and if we'll have a time jump. Also, we only got one sex scene this volume and instead got so much story/plot. I love it.

Thanks so much to the publisher and Edelweiss for the DRC! I really hope this series gets more recognition and more people read it so I can gush about our leads that are so different but have built a strong foundation.

I love my boys Megumi and Tsugumi so much! They’re just so cute! 💖🥺💖

I have to get off my chest, though, that the new omega teacher is a CREEP. I don’t care about him being a lil slut to get the jobs he wants. More power to him. What I DO care about is him literally enabling his students having sex in his office, and on top of that COMING BACK TO LISTEN TO THEM HAVE SEX. HELLO? Don’t be a fucking pig. That’s disgusting. As a teacher myself, there’s no universe in which I would want to listen to MY STUDENTS having sex 🤢

Beyond that, that teacher is also a little rat because he’s scheming with Megumi’s dad to try to get Megumi and Tsugumi to break up, but it’s NOT GOING TO WORK. Megumi and Tsugumi love each other so much. Like I can see it, maybe, temporarily happening for the drama of it all. But I can’t actually. Do you know what I mean?

Anyway. I’m sad for Megumi in this volume that he just gets Tsugumi being completely oblivious, more than usual, and barely gets any bonding time with him in their little travel adventure 😂 And then Tsugumi has the audacity to not understand at all that his boyfriend, obviously, wants to spend one-on-one time with him. He’s such a dingus. Bless him!

Everyone is also so convinced that Tsugumi is only using Megumi, but that’s just because Tsugumi has his own unique way of expressing himself. He actually adores Megumi 😂

As always, I look forward to the next volume ✨

This review will probably be all over the place but I'll start saying that adore seeing Megumi and Tsugumi together, they are adorable and it's obvious how much they care for each other, I hope they'll be able to live their love in peace for a long time.
One day Tsugumi will give Megumi and his parents a heart attack with his decisions but part of me is glad that he's still true to his ideals. The way this author writes omegaverse makes me want to do a full presentation of the parallels between the story's world and the real one.
That said, I hate Megumi's father, he's a certified asshole. I also don't like the teacher, he's so creepy towards the kids, especially Megumi.

Love that they’re in the same school and that Tsugumi is really maturing and thinking through things more. Their new teacher is a bit suspicious and I know he’s supposed to be trying to split them up, but he seems like he’s not gonna go through with that. Wasn’t huge on the teacher’s perviness and him watching students have sex. That was a bit weird. Otherwise, I’m liking how the story is progressing.

Another cute volume of this series that is turning out to be the gold standard for opposites attracting. I had to deduct a star for the gross and unnecessary scene where the new teacher not only knows they are having sex on school grounds but also proceeds to ease-drop on them all while lusting at Megumi, you know the minor when he’s a teacher.

I feel like I enjoyed this, but it's starting to feel a little drawn out. I hope these two can get their happy ever after soon!

But then again, I'll read every adorable volume in this series.

Happy reading!

I feel like I’ve been waiting forever. It was good, especially now that Tsugumi is at Kokonoe, but I feel like it’s slowing down a bit…

I still like the story, but I was taken aback when Tsugumi started with that whole "Megumi is a nag and a pain in the ass"-thing, it feels like he has gotten back to his old self.
