This is rendered entirely pointless by the subsequent books in the series, but oh well. It's worthy of note though that Jonah has the endurance and quick healing abilities of a supernatural creature and honestly, I'd read a series about him. Caitlin and Caleb are moldy oatmeal and I'm a little sick of their self-righteousness.
This is an alternative ending to this story or so we've been told. Not sure why we had to have this, it could have been added to the original story as its not really an alternative but rather an add-on showing us Jonas side of events. Needless to say, I'm not carrying on with this series, too many mistakes and writing is not to my liking..... tbh I can't even remember the girl's name and at this point, I really should be able to .....
I have submitted this review after listening to the audiobook of this title. (Goodfm)
To move to a new city, having to go through the dreaded first day, which was even worst, when it was mid semester. A gentle soul, Jonna, helped on that day, offering a friend. However, things took a very strange turn, when she was confronted by a group of thugs.
Best wel spannend boek; leuke, aparte invalshoek (vanuit de optiek van een mens die langzaam een vampier wordt), maar ook een beetje een oppervlakkig tiener-achtig boek. Ik houd het daarom bij dit exemplaar.
