Awesome book for anybody who loves animals!

While this book was probably intended for a younger audience, this sweet and touching story will appeal to animal lovers of all ages. In real life, the author operates an animal rescue called Locket's Meadow. So, she is able to use real events and animals from the rescue as inspiration for her stories. Having visited said rescue in person, it was fun to read the stories about many of the animals I met. Please go out and buy any of these Kathleen Schurman books for the young animal lovers in your life. You won't regret it!

sweet story where the farm animals communicate and are so very interested in the goings-on around them, especially what the humans are up to.
