✔Original ✔Mystery ✔Emotionally Satisfying ✔Page Turner ✔Romantic Nora Montgomery’s primary goal was to remain seemingly unnoticed until graduation, and that meant staying away from Ryder Collins. But things get a whole lot worse when the officer loses the key and the pair are forced to accommodate each other until a replacement is available. I was just browsing through books online, then this adorable cover caught my eye and I immediately wanted to read it, even though the title was a bit too long for my taste. This was also my very first wattpad story. Yes, really. Finally downloaded the wattpad app. I will be reading a lot of wattpad stories in near future. :p
I actually enjoyed reading this story. I esp loved the character of Eve. She was absolutely hilarious! Yes, the story's plot was a bit messy, and the story tended to become really cheesy and cliche at times, but overall I had fun reading it. :)
This book was amazing! And it was really amazing because it was written by a Wattpad author. The plot is excellent. And the title is really cute. Totally recommend this book if you like comedy romances. (It's more of a comedy though.)
It's nice as a love story. I like stories where the characters were friends, but drifted apart because one of them got popular or whatever. Sweet, finished it in a few hours.
Even with all the love, the main genre is supposed to be "mystery". Meaning, who handcuffed Nora and Ryder. It's not mentioned until the last 4 chapters or so. I just think it's a misjudge because most of the story is romance. And awkwardness.
After a couple of recommendations, I finally decided to check this book out on Wattpad- I am so mad at myself for not reading it sooner! It was as if every word was laced with magic that always made me laugh (really, my sister thought I was weird), and Ryder and Nora's relationship is so complicated and genuine that it made me want to keep on reading!
Although I only got to read the chapters that were available online, I know that the rest of the book is going to be as amazing as the beginning. This book deserves 100/10 stars ^.^
I really loved Nora and Ryder, though I think it wasn't enough? haha I wanted more (like how I always do) and during the second part it was focused on the mystery but still it was nice getting to know how much Ryder loves Nora. I love them both though. I love them together.
(Count on me to always make stupid reviews)

I seriously fell in love with Ryder and Nora; I couldn't get enough of them. I really enjoy stories where there are characters who were once friends (or enemies) and seeing how they can build a relationship. This book has all of that, I would definitely recommend it because it was funny, adorable, and over all a good read.
I read this about 5 months ago (close to that time period) but I still vividly remember how much I loved and still love it. I've read many books on Wattpad- good and bad. I always have this feeling at the beginning of the book- or so I like to call it my "sixth sense"- whether it's going to be good or bad. Most of the time for me its the practicality of the book and realistic factor. The last thing I like reading are cheesy, cliche, sappy love stories. I was extremely surprised when I started reading this book. If you're someone like me who enjoys books that are detailed but not detailed to the point of Shakespearian era, this is the book for you. Its sweet without being cliche. Its mature without being boring and it stomach clenching (is that a thing? idk) that you feel like you're experiencing the emotions. Its not the " fall-in-love-within-2-chapters" mistake that some wattpad writers often take. The plot is interesting enough that it keeps you guessing about what's going to happen next. Believe me when I say this is not a book you want to miss out on. Absolutely amazing
I loved this book so much. I had read the first version of this story on Wattpad, and I was like holy crap I loved this book so much. But when I had finally got around to go tetras it I noticed it was published. I couldn't decide if I should fan girl or cry. Anyways, I eventually bought it and loved this version even MORE. It had just been shipped in today, and I finished in few hours. I would definitely recommend this to any reader looking for a humorous book with some romance and mystery added in there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book is beyond perfection. It made me laugh and cry. It gave me the feels of frustration, joy, sadness. It gave me a roller-coaster of emotions.I could read it again and many feels would come back. This book is just amazing and wonderful and one of the best books i have ever read. I thought the idea was unique and impressive, something you dont see in wattpad anymore. I loved it. It's brilliant.
This book is beautiful, it's amazing, it's heart warming yet so frustrating. But in a good way. Funny as heck and one big rollercoaster of emotions. It teaches values and how actions can damage love and happiness. I recommend it to anyone who is having a bad day. I'm very exited to have this book in my hands!
I don't even know what to say. This book is amazing. It has the best combination of a little bit of everything. From romance, to hate, awkward situations, funny times, and a handcuffed pair. What more could you ask for. A little bit thrown in together so that almost any type of reader can't help but fall in love with this book.
This morning, i started reading Handcuffs, Kisses and Awkward Situations and fell inlove instantly. Although I was only able to read the first 21 chapters, I am completely infatuated with this book and author. It is a brilliant story and I really enjoyed reading it. - well as much as I could read, anyway.
one word: HILARIOUS!!!! i love stories about best friends reuniting and this one is in my top 10. it may be a tad bit unrealistic at times but hey, it's fiction and what's more is it's light fiction.
I'd say that it's nice, but if you include the fact that this was written by a amateur Wattpad author, it's actually really good. It's an enjoyable light read.
Wow, i really like this book, i couldn't put my phone down until i finished it all in one day. I'd really like to have a copy of the published version if I find it anywhere.
Handcuffs, Kisses and Awkward Situations is an amazing book. The author is genius. It's a great romance story with humor. It made me laugh and it made me cry. I can't recommend it enough!
One of those stars is purely for the fun nostalgia that's comes from re reading a book.
I have a a few grips, mostly just how wacky the characters are but overall, pretty soild people. Plot lost me a bit, but I just really focused on a romance.
I have absolutely no regrets about buying a book that I read on Wattpad 6 years ago for free.
I found this book on Wattpad, and saw that because it was published it wasn't on Wattpad anymore. So it took me a while to get around to reading it, but I am so glad I did. I liked this book a lot, though I feel at times the mystery was sort of rushed in there, it was still a really cute!
It was cringe worthy at times, but at the same time it was relatable for me because I'm just as awkward as Nora. Overall I thought it was a cute read and I had fun reading this book.
I'm pretty impressed with this book considering the fact that the author wrote this at age sixteen. That, I will definitely laud Olivia for it.
So, this book wasn't bad. It was actually pretty good. It's just that it will just have to fall under my "I-can't-believe-I-read-tr" shelf. There are definitely various reasons for my choice but the most dominant is the fact that I just realised that Olivia Harvard was cut for mystery books. Now it was actually a surprise that there was a little bit of mystery in this one and it even came as more shocking when I realised this was written before Confessions About Colton . So I figured she had a flair for mystery but to me, the whole Ryder and Nora thing was just not working out.
I don't really know but maybe it's just how I see it. Or probably because I read Confessions About Colton first, but yeah that's how I feel.
Unlike Confessions About Colton , I'm really having mixed feelings about this one. I'm not even sure of the rating. But then again I might go back to book or something.
I started reading this on Wattpad. for some reason, I wasn't able to finish the whole story on Wattpad, I've no idea why, I think it has to do with my on-and-off reading slumps. I just stopped reading it. then when the author made an update about publishing this, I became interested again. that time, I still don't know how to download ebooks on iBooks so I searched it on Wattpad again but only the samples were available. and so when I finally learned how to download ebooks, I immediately decided to read it. I wasn't disappointed. I read it like there's no tomorrow. I was too engrossed. of course, there were a few reading slumps that I've experienced while reading this but it was an amazing short journey to read this. I loved this book so much. I'm a fan of it since it was still on Wattpad. the twist in the story (well, it's not actually a twist–but you get my drift after you read the story) is so clever–even when I read it before, I still can't believe how amazing the author and her book is. 4.5/5!!
So I made it through about 16% of the book and unfortunately, I can't go on. I saw some of the other reviews that said she was a wattpad author and, sadly, I can tell. Nora was really annoying and whiny and Ryder was a jerk. I can't take reading about either of them anymore. I get that they're handcuffed together, but deal with it. I think the awkward situations could have been written better with more detail and maybe more build up. Nora's sister is beyond annoying with her pregnancy. Normal pregnant people aren't THAT bad. So overall, I can't finish it because this story is just...annoying and poorly written. The concept was really cute, so I'm disappointed I couldn't trudge through it.
Feels like 45% of the books is my favorite while 55% of the book is just a Debbie-downer. The potential was there. If the author had just tackled the history of the H/H and focused more on their story instead of shifting the story into the fire incident and the Hero's dad, it would have been a favorite book.
The way the author talks about the fire incident is kinda half-assed to me. Out of the blue, she is talking about the fire incident. I mean, where's the build up,man?
I found this book on Amazon when I was searching for Wattpad related books. Of course, I could have just gone there and read the book for free (at least I think it's still on there) but I chose to buy it because it would have been a nice book to have on my shelves.
The story was really good. I loved that the book is told in both Nora's POV and Ryder's. It really gives the impression that it is two books in one. A book about what they are handcuff and sort out their relationship. And a book where they figure out what happened with the fire.
I loved it! So much that I finished it in three days. It was funny and cute, but still had a few plot twists which made it more interesting than a "normal" romance book. I loved Nora's sister Eve's character a lot and Nora's quirky personality at times had me laughing out loud (especially on the toilet scenes).
Recommended for anyone looking for a good YA book that's sweet and funny.
I LOVED this book! First of all, lets hope this never happens to any of us, because I would hate to be handcuffed to someone I hate! The storyline was really cliché, but I liked it. Im all for the lovey dovey type of books, and this was cute.
