There was a lot of information in this book that didn't even seem to apply to candida, it was just info about this mineral or that drug, not relevant to dealing with candida so it felt like a lot of fluff added. It's also ten years old so I'm not sure the info is still current. Also all the recipes and allowed foods listed in this book contradict with most of the other things I've seen online (which are newer). There was some helpful info but I feel like I learned more and feel less skeptical about the other book I read, Candida Cleanse by Sondra Forsyth.
This book was a lot of help and had some wonderful recipes! I started on a journey to help my daily fight with joint pain and in the search for answers discovered many answers! 45 days later I am in less pain, less swelling in hands and lower legs, down a few inches and enjoying cooking again!
