A well structured book with some solid advice on how to cope with the grieving process. Suitable for people who have been bereaved and those who are trying to support them. Offers solid, kind advice in an easy-to-read style. As I'm struggling to focus after a series of recent bereavements the layout of the book was accessible for my currently pudding brain.

Packed with helpful hints on all aspects of grieving. The most important thing I took away from this small book was to stop trying to help my Mom & Mom in law get through the loss of my Dad & Father in law by offering advice - best to just let them feel their emotions and get through them in their own way.

A compassionate, constructive little book which one can dip into again and again.
