At 17, Reese Clark is convinced his life is perfect. Raised by faithful LDS parents, the popular star basketball player is certain he's in love with Stacy Jardine, a beaufitul girl interested in joining the Church. What more could Reese want or need-except his own strong testimony. A story of forgiveness, renewal, and the importance of the choices we make at crucial times in our lives.
Cute cheesy book. I love the premise of the story. Helped me to remember that there is always hope. Also helped me to remember that Satan is the one who we need to watch out for. Happiness and peace are from God.
This book really puts things into perspective and makes you realize how important it is to have a testimony for yourself. You can't lean on, or rely on other peoples testimonies to carry you through hard times. You have to have your own.
This was a little too sad for me, and I don't care for books that don't have any sense of closure. It was about forgiveness, but left me a little depressed instead of uplifted.
