Step into a fantasy book that has it all! Slow-burn romance. Forbidden love. Secrets. Action/adventure. Willow is a werewolf who is labeled as an oathbreaker when her brother deserted their pack. She’s captured and taken to a rival kingdom and betrothed to their alpha. He is poisoned, but Willow and the beta Eryndor go on a quest to find the cure. Willow discovers the truth of her heritage on the journey and has to embrace it to save everyone she loves. I loved the sensory details in the author’s writing- I felt like I was there in the forest with Willow and Eryndor. My favorite quote: “Stop looking at me like that,” she whispers. He blinks, “Like what?” “Like I’m something you have to resist.”
Vow of the Oathbreakers is a fantasy story about characters who struggle with the promises they’ve made and the heavy cost of breaking them. Set in a world where honor and loyalty mean everything, the book follows people trying to fix their mistakes and face the consequences of broken vows. The story is full of adventure, danger, and tough choices that make the characters feel real and flawed. The themes of guilt, redemption, and courage make it powerful and thought-provoking.
Absolutely amazing read! Werewolves, elves, a quest for buried secret… Willow and Eryndor embark upon a quest to attempt to save the Alpha of their pack, but what they find is deeply buried secrets, questions on whether to be loyal to their destiny or to others, and an adventure that will fulfill each of their souls. Would absolutely recommend for everyone that loves shifters and elvish lore, with a ton of romantic angst (and zero spice)
