I really wanted to love Head to Toe Healing, and while I appreciate the overall premise and the intention behind the book, I found parts of it hard to fully connect with. Many of the healing stories felt overly promotional and at times inauthentic as if they were included to “sell” the process rather than illuminate it. Some of the anecdotes didn’t seem to tie back to Dr. Reese’s own experience or insights, which made me question their purpose and how they supported the central message.
That said, there’s still value here. The book offers an interesting perspective on holistic healing, and Dr. Reese’s broader body of work is worth exploring. I’d still recommend giving this one a read if you’re curious about his approach just know that it can feel a bit pitchy and uneven at times.
