Excellent advice for shy people

This is an excellent guide to help people get started with improving their conversation skills. It would be very helpful with shy people. I like the fact that there are phrases that can be used to start conversations in a variety of situations. There are many extras included with the book, free resources that the auther makes available. Highly recommended.
