Stingrays (Blastoff! Readers: Oceans Alive)

Rate this book
A swimming stingray looks like its flying through the ocean! Its wide fins look like wings and help it glide. This book introduces children to the parts of a stingray, especially its stinging tail.

Simple text and incredible photos introduce these amazing and mysterious fish. As stingrays are subject to misunderstanding and persecution in various parts of the world, it's always good to see wildlife education texts like this directed toward young audiences.
