Zyon AKA Zy has not only found his estranged father, the legendary street king Diablo Perez, but he also found love in the A when he least expected it. Originally from New York, he moved down south to Atlanta to live with his grandmother after the death of his mother when he was a young boy. When he meets Mackie AKA Baby, he realizes that she is just what he needs to fill the void of his loss and to deal with the ills of the street life.
After discovering that his mother's death wasn't due to an accidental house fire and that she was murdered by her ex husband, Italian mobster Caruso, Zy vows to finally kill the man whose life he marked ten years ago.
With vengeance on his mind Zy also has to deal with the tug of war between being the leader of the Cues and his new found love. Will he be able to balance the two, or will everything come crashing down around him?
Mackie is new to Atlanta and has always tried to please her mother Sylvia. Dealing with her own personal demons, she's not really comfortable with love, especially not with loving a thug. Unable to deny her true feelings for Zy, she tries to accept him for the man that he is. Of course all is not fair in love and war. When memories of a childhood trauma start to haunt her, she realizes that she too needs some type of vindication to move on.
After Mackie’s wild and crazy best friend Beyanka comes to Atlanta to visit, a chain of events occur that may put Zy and Mackie’s attempts at retribution on hold. With new love on the horizon will these two young lovers allow their pasts to define their future, or will they be able to destroy their enemies and still manage to have love in the A?

Ms.Michelle you have done it again.I fell inlove with Mackie and Zyon they are so damn cute and remind me so much of Blo and Yanna.I can't believe all the shit Mackie went thru when she was younger and then for Zyon to have a fuxked up life also is cray.I love the drama that rolled off the pages and how everything played out.That ending was hella good I definitely can't wait for part two

Great read
Zyon and Mackie relationship happened so fast after he got tre's blessing.Zyon getting to know Diablo better and running the cues now is out for blood in honor of his mother.Mackie has issues giving up control because her mom has been controlling her for the longest,but finding love has her second guessing.Cane and bey,mackies best friend lust after each only to become more after almost dieing.Drama,jealousy,revenge all plays a part in love in the A

AWESOME!!!!!
I loved it. No questions this is one book you definitely need and want to read. It's like I know these characters. I just can't get them out my mind. If you haven't read Forbidden Fruit you need to read that series also. Please don't have your loyal fans waiting too long for part 2. Good job as usual Nika.

Love in the A
Mackie seems to really let her mother control her so that is what she thinks Zy wants to do. Zy seems to be a nice guy and for him to be young he knows what he wants. Cane and Bey is so jealous of their friends to bad they don't see it yet. Glad that Diablo and Zy got the father and son bond going on

Love In The A
This was a good read about young urban love and what made it even better was characters from FF were included. It was drama from beginning to end. I am a fan of Nika's work and I can't wait to read the next installment.

This book had me on the edge of my seat!
I need Part 2 ASAP! I'm trying to figure out who's loyal to Zy and who's not! I was surprised by some of the events that took place. I'm anxious to know what happens with Cane and Bey too!

Love In The A
Very good read. It held my interest from page to page. I finally learned that Niley was dead and she had given birth to Diablo's son Zyon. Can't wait for Love In The A 2. I can't wait to see if Zyon will take out Caruso for killing his mother Niley.
