This was a really cool story. Carter did a great job at blending many different genres from creature feature, to a supernatural story, to a coming of age theme in such a short little book. Enjoyed it quite a bit and would read more from the author.

I'm never going near a river...ever!! Great read, buttttt I think it needs a sequel!! Give me more....
