A killer who stages his victims like works of art. A detective who refuses to look away.

When the body of a young woman is found posed with unnerving precision behind an abandoned warehouse on Cleveland’s riverfront, Major Crimes Detective Marisa DiBenedetto is called in. Soon, more victims appear, each arranged with the same grotesque signature. A pattern is emerging, and it’s terrifying.

This is no ordinary investigation. The killer is watching.

A devoted mother of four, Marisa has built her life on faith, family, and an unshakable sense of justice. But as media pressure intensifies, city hall demands answers, and shadows from her past resurface, she’s pushed to the edge.

And when the murderer strikes at someone she loves, Marisa is forced into an impossible choice—one that could destroy everything she’s fought to protect.

Death Pose is an emotionally charged thriller you will love, perfect for fans of Robert Dugoni, Karin Slaughter, and Tana French, introducing a detective you will never forget.

I'm not sure how I ended up with this book. I don't remember buying it. The storyline was good, but a bit predictable. I listened to this on Audible and the book was narrated by AI, which I did not enjoy. I think I would have enjoyed the book better if I had just read it. It was just okay.
