I don't know if it's the same in the English edition, but in the Italian edition (which isn't on Goodreads) the characters are printed in a very light gray that makes reading almost impossible. It's a terrible graphic choice. Really terrible. I'm very angry, because after just a few pages your eyes get tired and you have to put the book down. It's truly an absurd choice, which should be communicated to the publisher. You can't write a potentially interesting book and care more about the design than the reader's reading pleasure. One star, because it truly shows zero respect for anyone who spent 21 euros on this book. It may even be interesting, but if you can't read it, what's the point?
If you have been freeze dried or done hard time or have just left junior school This may be the book for you If you have half a brain and have a small knowledge of fitness you can google all of this in five seconds Save the money
This was just okay... 2.5/5 stars The science of running is the best of out of swimming and this. A bit all over the place and again very general analysis of cycling form..
