Our Anger

Rate this book
Anger is feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility. A common misconception is that this feeling is unnatural and exclusive to violent individuals. Anger, in itself, is a natural response to feeling attacked in some way.

If you find yourself often fighting with friends and loved ones, pushing them away, and damaging your life as a result of your anger, it's time for help. Most people want to eliminate their anger but that's not possible because everybody feels anger and it's natural. Repression simply is ineffective as a form of control and leads to health issues and further emotional instability.

This book focuses on identifying anger, controlling anger, and final using the energy from that anger in a controlled and productive manner.
