Sammy has gone. Again. Most likely for good this time. Chasing a fugitive to the Mother World to stop them reaching the Golden Poniard. A blade of incredible power created by the almighty Ahura Mazda himself.
Mehrak though? His adventure is done. He has his wife back, his aunt. It’s a better result than he’d hoped. But there’s got to be more for him than returning to his hometown to live out the rest of his days in monotony. He’s seen too much.
And what about Sammy? The fate of the realm rests on her shoulders, and there seems to be nothing Mehrak can do to help. Until a note in one of his grandfather’s old journals gives him hope.
Perhaps there is more of his adventure left to come.
