This book was so very, very spicy. Woof.
The slow burn lover in me is always annoyed when they get together so quickly, but it was a battle between one. I feel she needed a bit more time to heal than she got, they were pretty quick to be on her. I do love the fated mate aspect, and they got along well together. I feel they didn’t really know each other but they will learn and bond.

Shifter’s Fated Summer is one of the spiciest books I’ve read this year!! A true-blue enemies-to-lovers and fated-mates shifter romance that grabs you by the throat and doesn’t let go.
Cade and Luca are already chosen mates; powerful, bonded, and entirely devoted to one another. Cade, the Alpha of their pack, is stubborn, dominant, and utterly incapable of standing Summer from the moment they meet. But when the universe decides to play the ultimate game of “hold my beer,” Cade finds out that Summer is his fated mate. What follows is chaos, chemistry, and fate refusing to take “no” for an answer.
Summer, for her part, is no meek damsel. She’s fierce, resilient, and refuses to bow to Cade’s temper or his title. She challenges him, grounds Luca, and pulls both men into a connection that feels destined , messy, magnetic, and impossible to resist.
The tension between them is explosive, the spice is a 10/10 — hotter than a $2 pistol, and the pacing never slows. Hollis balances intensity with humor and heart, making every scene burn with both heat and purpose.
My only complaint? I wish it were longer. At 5 stars, Shifter’s Fated Summer left me desperate for more — more story, more heat, more of this trio’s dynamic.

Part of what I love about Aly Hollis’s first series, Bracken Creek Wolves, is the political dynamic at play. In this series, rather than just be between different wolf packs, it’s between wolves and vampires, and I’m excited to see if that continues throughout the series. Based on the end of this one, I feel like the vampires aren’t quite out of the picture yet.
Summer is torn from all she’s known and has a ton of new information thrown at her at once. It was necessary, because she wasn’t actually in a good place, but it’s understandably overwhelming, and that comes across well. I like that through it all she has Luca, who is committed to making this as easy a transition as possible for her, even if his chosen mate and alpha of the pack, Cade, makes it difficult.
I was in a reading slump, and read this in one sitting, staying up a little too late last night to finish. It’s fun and has the perfect balance of spice and stakes, and it was exactly what I needed. Part of what happens when I’m in a slump is, despite liking the story, I find my mind wandering, and that did not happen here. I was rooting for Summer, Luca, and Cade to figure everything out, their fight against the vampires, and for Summer and Elowen to have lots of girl time. I ride at dawn for Elowen. I think she’s my new favorite secondary character in the author’s books.

If you’re looking for a book that is mostly smut and a little plot, this is the book for you. I felt like this book has so much potential but felt like it fell a little flat on the actual plot line. Luca is our obsessed from the beginning MMC, Cade is our untrusting skeptical MMC and Summer is our Stockholm syndrome (in the beginning) with so much room for growth FMC. Luca and Cade are a pre established relationship, with Summer being a new additive.
Overall, if I want a smutty, little plot book this could be the pick. Easy read and overall enjoyed. Looking forward to reading more of this authors books in the future.

This book was fun, spicy, and at times, hilarious.
Summer is an incredible FMC, just don't go in expecting your typical fantasy woman ready to fight her way to the top. She makes me laugh and sometimes, its her unassuming nature that makes the story really hit for me. Only Summer would think two apples are enough nutrition to hike her way back to her vampire den, and I love that for her.
Luca accepts Summer right away, but it was the working to win over Cade that made this book top tier for me. These two boys are quite the pair and it takes Summer time to figure out where she belongs in terms of their chosen bond between each other. Also Luca calls her Wildcat and I am obsessed with it haha.
I'll read anything that Aly Hollis writes honestly.

Cozy shifter book but make it spicy!! I don’t know what Aly put in this book but I need more!! I’m obsessed with Luca 😍🥵 I love Aly’s other wolf shifter books, so I knew I was in for a good time. While there is a solid plot, it isn’t the main storyline and I loved getting to see both MCs fall for Summer. If you want a book that has cozy aspects, an overall storyline and solid smut, you’ll definitely want to grab this book!

Wow. CAN I JUST SAY THE BEST. I was in the worst books club of my life and this book popped up on my TikTok/Instagram and I was hesitant at first, but oh my God this book cured me. It was so good. It was everything I needed and I absolutely loved Luca and Cade. I will say I do wish kade had to beg for Summers forgiveness more but wow. I wish I could re- read this book now.

This was the book I didn't know i needed. I really liked it & definitely recommend it.
I really liked the story. Alpha-omega-fated mates, heat, rut + rejection trope --- sign me up for seconds & thirds.
it's written well, there's definitely some plot holes but honestly, they're not an issue. I just loved how hot her men were for her + the heat/rut ....*sweating*

good book but plot just became no existent
This was a good book I enjoyed but it is getting two stars because the plot just dropped off. What happend to the vampire prince? After all that the man just gave up? What happend to holt? Did elwone have the baby? Like this book needed another 100 pages or even 50 just to finish all the plot holes

This is one book I could NOT put down. Spicy level 🌶🌶🌶🌶. So good. Aly Hollis is one of my favorite authors so I knew this was going to be good going into it, but I was not prepared for how each day I spent with SFS I used this book as motivation to wake up. 1000% recommend

This book was SO fun to read. Campy and cute and never took itself too seriously, all while having a plot that was engaging and kept moving. Spice, multiple love interests, and werewolves. What more could you want? A must-read for NSFW book lovers and werewolf lovers alike.

I'm so excited to share Shifters' Fated Summer with you guys. This book started as a fun little brain exercise for me, and turned into a "how far can I push this" type of book. So yeah, it's the spiciest thing I could manage to write. Don't take it too seriously, it's 75% smut and 25% plot.

Summer gets rescued from the Vampire royalty's blood den that she has been in since she was 11. After she gets clean, she learns that everything they led her to believe was not entirely true. On top of all that, she's not human, and her fated mate already has a chosen mate.
Shifter's Fated Summer is a fun read. It captivated me from the start, and I feel like there was enough plot beyond the spice to keep me entertained. I'm picky about my why-choose selections but I knew Aly would not let me down.

This book is smutty ray of sunshine, I had the best time reading it! I loved the MMCs, Luca is sweet, caring protective and attentive and Cade is broody, dominant and territorial. The FMC Summer is sweet but feisty and I love the journey she goes on. The plot is well paced, the smut is plentiful and the characters are engaging.
If you’re looking for a book that doesn’t take itself too seriously, is an easy read, will have you blushing and giggling and will leave you in the best mood…this is the one!

If you are looking for a palate cleanser or quick read this book is absolutely for you. It is nothing but smut in the best possible way.
Our FMC has been stuck in a vampire den since the age of 11. She does not have much of a memory of her life beforehand. She has been taken care of by one of the heirs wanting to make her his mate at the next Blood Moon. The only that truly kept her alive over the past 8 years was her werewolf witch she does not know she has until she is rescued by a werewolf pack.
Things get pretty heated between her and the alpha and the alpha's chosen mate after she wakes up.
