OMG.!!!What a follow up to "Scar" this was one terrific read!! Full of extreme brutal nastiness!!
Scarlet & Trisha were fantastic in more ways than one.
Extremely well written and full of anticipation that I couldn't put it down.
Please, Please, Please🙏 Lula Von Goth write another book about these two women's revenge on the men who deserve to be punished and tortured in a way Scarlet would certainly enjoy!! 🩸🩸🔪🔪
If you are thinking of reading this book, then I highly recommend that you read "SCAR" first...just to get an understanding of the storyline.
If there's a book that deserves 5 stars...then this is one of them!!

I had the opportunity to beta read, and I LOVED every second of it!
SCARRED is such an excellent follow-up from SCAR. In this book, we follow new girl Trish, who hits rock bottom and lands a job against her will at Osso's, and well... Let's just say girlfriend is not that lucky and soon she finds herself in some serious shit. When she's captured and moved to the basement, she meets someone... Someone who might be her ticket to safety...
I NEED Lula to write book 3 asap, I'm waiting impatiently.

just finished this beauty.
what an amazing sequel. I love how Scarlet was still alive. I was wondering how she survived. Definitely a great ending where they both get away and are ready to start their journey together.... cannot wait for the next book.

I was sent an ARC of Scarred by Lula Von Goth, this book is the follow up to Scar and was released earlier this week.
This is the story of a woman who is struggling after having a pretty rough time of it and ends up workings in the worst place, Osso's Steak and Strip club, one day she makes a terrible and stupid mistake which ruins everything.
This is a fantastic story of desperation, revenge and friendship with a whole bunch of heinous acts peppered in. I wasn't feeling this one as much as the prequel until maybe 25% through then a switch flipped and I couldn't get enough. I love this authors work its great everytime, totally a 5 star read for me.

Lula Von Goth returns to the scene of the crime!
The plot brings us back to osso's steak and strip club. it's just as nice a place as in her debut scar. Actually even more fucked up as we learn what other stuff goes on in the basement. To say its fucked up is underselling things. Lula ups the ante with each book in terms of how dark things can get, and this one really takes you places.
scarlet returns but the main character here is Trish. Trish is forced to work at Osso's after a string of bad luck and betrayals force her hand. She thinks she understands what sort of place ossos is. However shes not prepared for how cruel and fucked up things can really get.
scarred is a great sequel. it avoids repetition and manages to expand the world its author has created. Lula has a great way of getting the characters under your skin so the stakes feel really real, and the tension really builds effectively.
It's worth reading scar before this. if you've not read it yet, get it bought and read now. then move straight on to this. Be warned, the book is going to take you into some dark places with cruelty and horror. But as with all Lula Von Goth stories, it also has plenty of humanity.

In Scarred, we follow the down and out, Trish. Trish used to have it all, but now she is forced to work at the infamous Osso’s Steak and Strip Club. Even with her reservations and stories of past dancers, she is unprepared for what really happens in the club.
Scarlet! YAY! How in the world is this girl still alive?! Hahah. Lula just fills my need for more! More depravity, more gore, more more more! I hope there is another book coming because I’m addicted!

If you thought Scar was brutal but brilliant, buckle up …because Scarred somehow takes it even further. This sequel doesn’t just match the intensity of the first book, it surpasses it!
The gore is relentless, graphic, disturbing, & absolutely not for the squeamish. Every violent, blood-soaked scene serves a purpose & pushes the story forward with razor-sharp precision. Lula Von Goth knows exactly what she’s doing, & she’s not holding back.
What makes Scarred so impressive is that beneath all the horror, there’s still real depth - emotion, pain, survival. It’s raw, it’s dark, & it’s completely absorbing. If you can handle the intensity, this is a must-read.
Just don’t say you weren’t warned.

Scarlett is my favorite character from Lula and I absolutely love the resilience of her And her determination now osso? that dude can get screwed, wondering if she lives? can't tell you, gotta read the book to find out but as always a gorey ride and I'm still scrubbing my eyes with bleach over that baby batter *gags* in a good way of course
