I Loved Getting Lost

Yes, they got lost, but only after escaping their kidnappers. Despite the readers knowing who was behind the kidnapping and why, it was interesting to find out how all would be resolved and how the guilty parties, numerous though they were, would receive punishment. Excellent job!

Exciting!

Packed with action and excitement and a very compelling story, it's almost impossible to put this book down. I especially loved the way that Georgiana kept finding bits of courage when she needed it most.

I loved it!

Warning: Meant for mature audiences. Contains scenes that would scandalize the ton. Readers of a delicate constitution are advised to keep their fans and vinaigrettes close at hand.

It was so enticing that I couldn’t put it down, this book grabbed my interest from the very first page. I couldn’t put it down, I had to know what happened next. The story is well written with a very good storyline. You will see the most beloved characters in a whole new way. This is a Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice variation.

When Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet are taken captive and succeed in escaping their assailants, they soon find themselves lost in the depths of a vast forest, uncertain of where to turn. In their struggle to survive, they must confront unforeseen dangers. Each step towards freedom will test their strength, their judgment, and the regard they bear for one another. Yet, in their endeavour to return home, they shall not only face perils of many kinds, but also uncover secrets and mysteries that will alter the course of their lives forever. So with all that and more this story pulls you in and holds you tight. It’s a must read. I highly recommend to everyone.

Good premise, a little chaotic the last half

The plot idea was fun, I loved that they got a chance to know each other and overcome trials together. However the last half seemed to jump around a lot, which I think is why there were some inconsistencies... Two arrival scenes at a location, repeated lines, where you could tell it was rewritten, but the original hasn't been removed. Also the second half seemed to jump around a ton with different characters, subplots, locations, characters coming and going... Also no separation like location names, etc to help with the jumping back and forth. Still a fun read, just a little chaotic.

Well this one sucked me in and I ended up staying up all night reading it. Some of it was a bit contrived and the evil people were truly evil but it was a fairly quick paced fun read.
