What If This Is All I’ll Ever Be?: For the ones still becoming in a world that demands arrival

Rate this book
For those who wake up to heavy mornings.
The ones who feel like they already failed the day before it even began.
The ones who hit snooze, not because they’re lazy,
but because they can’t remember what they’re waking up for.

This book won’t tell you to make this season mean something.
It won’t ask you to be grateful for what broke you.

What If This Is All I’ll Ever Be?
Is not a how-to. There’s no comeback, no before and after, no success story.

Because sometimes, the most healing thing is knowing someone else gets it.
And you’re not the only one asking, “Is this it?”

I hope this book finds whoever needs it.

It’s like this book crawled into my brain. I love how it doesn’t try to be inspirational, but rather intensely relatable.

This book found me right where I am, in the middle.

Not at the beginning.
Not at some shiny “I made it” ending.
Just… here.

It resonated deeply with me as a person, and especially as a mom. The kind of success that doesn’t always get applause. The kind that looks like showing up, holding it together, and getting through the day, even when no one sees how much effort that took.

This isn’t a loud book. It doesn’t scream motivation or promise transformation overnight. It just sits beside you. The quiet progress. The slow becoming.

I didn’t know I needed this book especially during this festive season, when everything feels like it should be bigger, brighter, more. Instead, it reminded me that small wins matter. That making it through the day counts. That surviving is still succeeding.

If you’re in a season where life feels steady but unseen, full but still questioning, this book will feel like a soft exhale.

And today, just finishing it… that was a win ❤️

Honest & Raw 10/10

I love and appreciate how honest and raw this book is. The author truly captures the essence of motherhood that nobody wants to speak about or raise to the surface. She did just that in such a poetic and beautiful way. I felt as though I was listening to my own thoughts during my postpartum depression period, and it actually made me feel seen and heard in many ways.
I believe that by speaking about the difficult postpartum experiences is how we not only raise awareness but also educate women on the silent topic, especially when it comes to the identity shift we can face.
Thank you, Serynelle, for putting your intimate thoughts on paper and publishing your work. I know in my heart is is very relatable and you will see how other women will finally feel seen and heard by reading your work!!!

This is one of those books that quietly gets under your skin and stays there.
What If This Is All I’ll Ever Be by Serynelle Vale puts words to the thoughts we don’t always say out loud—the pressure to be more, the fear of not becoming who we thought we’d be, and the way we can be so hard on past versions of ourselves.
There were multiple moments where I had to pause because it felt like someone had taken my inner thoughts and written them down. One line that really stuck with me was about learning to forgive yourself and trusting that you made the best decisions you could with the information you had at the time. That perspective alone made this book worth reading.
It’s not a loud or dramatic book, but it’s honest and deeply relatable. The kind you’ll come back to when you need a reminder to give yourself a little more grace.
Definitely one I’ll be rereading.

What If This Is All I’ll Ever Be? by Serynelle is not your typical self-help book — and that’s exactly why it stands out. It’s unique, refreshing, and absolutely worth a read.

Instead of offering empty positivity or quick-fix solutions, it speaks honestly about everyday struggles. It’s a reminder that it’s okay not to be okay, to have bad days, to take breaks, and to simply exist without always striving for perfection.

This book is raw, validating, and gentle — like sitting down with someone who truly understands. It shows that we don’t have to have all the answers, and that being in the process of becoming is just as important as “arriving.”

✨ A comforting, unique read I’d recommend to anyone feeling the weight of “always having it together.”

absolutely beautifully written!

Oh gosh this is the first “self help” book I have ever read it was so beautifully written and I love the fact that it didn’t had any to dos or real guidelines it just talked to me like a best friend if that makes sense? There were a lot of great pointers and feelings and emotions I have deeply resonated with. This was just so comforting to read I absolutely loved it!

Its a hug in a book

I didn't know what to expect when I read this. Im really glad I did. It's like a therapy session you didn't know you needed. It makes you realize you're not the only one going through things, and it's just life. Read this one, I hope it resonates with you. It did for me.

This is definitely a book that I will keep on my bedside. To remind me always that I am not alone on this journey. Life might be chaotic and full of surprises. Knowing that someone knows and understands the turbulence inside your mind is a big help. Thank you for this book.

This book has to be read… especially by those who feel like no one understands them (themselves included). This is definitely not meant to fix you, nor will it magically take you out of whatever slump you’re in- but it will somehow help you get through the day to day. Because what this book does is make you see that you are not the only one moving through the tides. It will make you feel seen, heard, and comforted.

It’ll simply remind you that maybe things will get better, or maybe they won’t… and that’s still okay.
