concentrates more on Kaylee, Maddie, Xana and Ethan

A short read but what I liked most about it was the first four chapters were strictly about the kids. Quite honestly I’d love to read a book the focuses solely on THEIR lives and how they lived them from birth up until their lives were stolen from them. I have no interest whatsoever in the killer. None. This book comes the closest out of anything that I’ve read.

Deeply moving and gripping

Can be read in an evening, yet it delivers remarkable depth and emotion. Heartbreaking but respectful, it captures both the facts and the humanity behind the tragedy. Gripping from the first page and unforgettable long after.

Well written

A beautiful testament to the survivors of this horrific tragedy that befell on a small, unassuming, quiet college town. It served as a reminder to keep our thoughts and prayers ongoing to the families that have lost their loved ones at the hands of this monster.
