Dipping in and out of this one, so will be on the currently reading shelf for a while yet.

This is a collection of transcripts from interviews held with people who have a strong connection to the coast in Dorset. These include boatmen, fishermen, aquarium owners and far more. The first five or so interviews are with local characters in Lyme Regis who we have met. The interviews seem to be the interviewees life stories, or how the sea has affected them, or it can be their views on coastal life. It makes for fascinating reading, and shows the ongoing and ages-old connections between this land, this coast and its peoples.
