I absolutely loved this book and have never felt more seen as a business analyst!

The story-telling is top notch, sprinkled with humor and written to be relatable and accessible. The BA concepts he learns along the way in his journey are easy to understand and gives a good picture of how to apply them practically in a corporate environment.

I would highly recommend this book to any BA, project manager, analyst or anyone working with systems and processes in a corporate space. Great job, Fabrício!!
