A Taste of Gratitude

Rate this book
Three hearts. One choice. No regrets.

Addison Hart never expected her life to take such an unconventional turn. Falling in love with two men wasn’t part of the plan, but when Landon and Caleb walked into her world, nothing made sense anymore—except them.

Landon Belmont is steady and sweet, the kind of man who makes her feel cherished with every touch. Caleb Hale is fire and intensity, pushing her limits in ways that make her crave more. Together, they challenge her, adore her, and break every rule she thought she had for love.

But love like this isn’t simple.

As they navigate a relationship that defies expectations, the weight of the outside world looms over them. Friends, family, and the fear of the unknown all threaten to pull them apart. Can they prove that what they have is real? That love doesn’t have to fit inside a box?

With Thanksgiving approaching, they’re about to find out what truly matters.

Messy. Unconventional. Perfectly theirs.

A Taste of Gratitude is a heartfelt, steamy MFM romance about love without limits, finding where you belong, and choosing happiness—no matter what anyone else thinks.

Hey everyone, I'm LS Phoenix, and I live in a small town in New England. I’ve been with my high school sweetheart since I was 16, we married in our mid 20’s and had 3 amazing children who are now the best well rounded adults I know. They keep me on my toes and bring endless joy to my life. I’m not sure where I would be without any of them in my life.
Now, here's how I ended up in the world of writing. I’m an avid reader myself and one day as I was reading a book I thought, hmm, I can do this. I used to write when I was in school and I always loved it. I’m a very creative person, sometimes too creative. Is that a thing? Anyway, an idea pops into my head, and it gets stuck and won't go away until I write it all down. then it just spiraled from there and I kept writing. So yeah, I dove headfirst into a sea of words and emotions, all because my brain just wouldn't let it go, and I’m completely okay with that! I love writing!
I'm all about soaking in the beauty of the world and finding inspiration around me. Each character I create, every twist I write, is a reflection of the journey we call life. So I hope you’ll join me on this ride. I can't wait to share my stories and characters with you.

Happy Reading!

Great book!! I love the way she shows all the facets of her characters (good and bad). Mistakes are made, apologies given. Forgiveness abounds. Love the love stories Addison/Landon, Addison/Caleb, Landon/Addison/Caleb. Spicy!!! Not all relationships are the same. This author shows that you don’t have to apologize if your relationship doesn’t meet someone else’s thoughts on relationships. I highly recommend!!!

Landon, oh Landon. This man will have you needing a neck brace. He’s a walking yes/no situation. 😂 Total dummy, but eventually turns into a “better late than never” kind of guy. Landon is all kinds of mind drama. Caleb was attentive from the start and knew exactly what he wanted-Addie. It’s casual with him, but the man is steady. These two are such a nice balance for what she needs. Lucky girl. Addie’s caught in the middle, pulled between these two with all her feelings. I loved that she made them earn her back, groveling absolutely required. Makes it all the more delicious when they beg for forgiveness, right? 😍 Levi is the best BFF. Loved seeing how protective he was of her. I recommend if you’re a fan of MFM contemporary romance. These guys adore and worship their girl, and I loved getting POVs from all three. Full of relationship drama, but don’t worry, HEA guaranteed.

If you like messy and spicy romances, then this is for you. Addie is torn between a walking case of whiplash and a slow and steady hand. Landon and Caleb couldn't be more different! Landon wants her but not in that way or he just can't admit it to himself - Caleb is all in. Thank god Addie has Levi as the best BFF a girl could have - He is also a great wingman!

In the end Addie can't make a decision to save her life and she is torn between them both - it is a delicious love triangle and surprised the hell out of me in the end. I was not expecting that in a small town romance - even with all the spice.

ATOG explores vulnerability, trust, and the power of love to heal — all wrapped up in a plot that keeps you turning pages late into the night.

This is an ARC read/review.

Wanting two very different people who hate each other

Eddie and Landon have been friends for a very long time but when he suddenly pushes for more they are both happy to jump into bed. However, Landon is quick to freak out and run.

Landon will give you whip lash with his back and forth. Eventually he owns up to what he feels but will it be too late?

Addison meets Caleb in a bar the night after her and Landon hooked up. He's sweet and only wants to dance and get to know her.

Addison quickly finds herself in the middle of a very confusing love triangle.

This book is full of emotions, mistakes, hard decisions, groveling, hard conversations, and overcoming. Addison is honest even when the answer is I do not know. Beautifully done and with a perfect ending.

A Taste of Gratitude by LS Phoenix is a beautifully intense and emotionally charged read that swept me away. The story is rich with tension, heartache, and the kind of soul-deep love that lingers long after the final page. Phoenix masterfully explores the complexities of relationships, personal growth, and the courage it takes to face matters of the heart.

I was completely captivated by the characters—their flaws, their desires, and the raw vulnerability they bring to every scene. The emotional stakes are high, and the writing pulses with authenticity. It’s one of those books that makes you feel everything: the ache, the hope, and the gratitude for love in all its forms.

A very interesting love story. The story starts out as friends to a FWB ONS between Addison and Landon. He is just not a relationship kind of guy and regrets the ONS immediately -- she wakes up alone. She gives him a chance to show regret but it's a no go. So, she decides to move on and her BFF, Levi, introduces her to Caleb. They start to develop feelings for each other, but Addison just can't let go of her feelings for Landon. She asks Caleb for space and tries to determine exactly what she wants. The story takes an interesting turn that I did not anticipate; however, it gives the story a different type of HEA. An enjoyable read.

This is a honest ARC review. This book is really a 3.5 for me. I like this author and the stories. Fast reads, spicy, tons of banter, all things I love. This story felt like it was already done. It’s like the last one of her books I read but with a change of character names and the characters were hard to imagine due to lack of character descriptions. It just missed the mark for me. I hope that they change some things before releasing the book because it has potential. Thank you to LS Phoenix and @lovenotespr for the chance to review this book.

"A Taste of Gratitude” is one of those heartfelt stories that stays with you long after the last page. LS Phoenix has crafted a beautifully written, emotionally rich tale that blends romance, healing, and the power of second chances in such a natural way. The characters feel real and relatable, each carrying their own scars but also their own capacity for love and growth. I especially loved how the theme of gratitude wasn’t just a backdrop but was woven into the very core of the story—it made me reflect on my own life while rooting for the characters. The pacing was spot-on, with just the right mix of tender moments, emotional depth, and uplifting hope. If you enjoy stories that tug at your heartstrings but leave you smiling in the end, this book is a must-read.”

I received an ARC copy and this is my honest review

Wow. What to say about this book. It got me feeling some feels. Started off with mad to happy back to upset then to happy. I started off not liking Landon and loving Caleb to loving them both at the end. The spice was great as usual. Starts early in the book. The FMC was an absolute doll and I feel jealous of her at the end. This book was a nice quick read and super good. You won’t be disappointed 🙂

I loved it, the mistakes shown, the progress they made and how it ended. Relationships are hard, 1000%, and I'm so glad it showed that. The fact that there was anger, mistakes and forgiveness in the actions by the characters, I really appreciated. It felt real and honest. iloved the inner dialogs we were given to show what was geeky throughout as well. Loved the writing style of the author!

This was a real good read!! I enjoyed the love story between the characters- Addison, Caleb, and Landon. Not all relationships are created equal and/ or are the same. Mistakes are made and apologies are given. This was a spicy story 🫣 I enjoyed it a lot and definitely recommend 😉

Easy, heartfelt read. I wasn’t sure where the story would end up, or how it would have an HEA, but it did and it was a good ending.

I really enjoyed this book. The way it started and all the turns of romance and heartbreak. Addie and Landon then Addie and Caleb. Spice is 4 out of 5. This was one of better books with the twists!

Another really good book by LS Phoenix. If you're looking for a why choose romance without sword crossing, this one's perfect. Addie is the cutest flower shop owner. Caleb is the friend that is afraid to love her and runs when things get hard. Landon is the sweet guy you want to end up with because you know he won't. Together, the three of them navigate love and friendship and what it means to be together.
