This book is chaotic, spicy, and ridiculously fun — the kind of story that knows exactly what it is and fully commits.

Emilio and Massimo Dimas are cocky college twins, adrenaline junkies, and total trouble. After an accident lands Emilio in the ICU, that’s where they meet Sofía Santiago — a fiery, sharp-tongued ICU nurse who has zero patience for reckless, younger men… especially two of them at once. She’s been through enough to know better, and she does not make it easy for them.

But Emilio and Massimo don’t do half-measures. Once Sofía is on their radar, the tension is immediate, intense, and impossible to ignore. The push-and-pull between her logic and their relentless pursuit is what makes this story so addictive. It’s messy, emotional, and unapologetically indulgent.

Mass and Em are true chaos kings, especially Em. He is all act first think later. After a motorcycle accident lands him in the ICU, Mass and him meet nurse Sofia and are instantly attracted to her. She doesn't put up with Em antics. Mass and her grow closer and they start seeing each other. The twins go all in too fast and scare Sofia away. Can they prove to her that they are serious about her fully.

Twin Connection

What a way to start this story as Emilio is quite hilarious despite the seriousness of the plot. With the added bonus of his twin Massimo this book was full of emotion, tension and humor. Nurse Sofia was just the missing piece needed for their lives to take a satisfying ending. It was a wonderfully written story and I could not put it down.

OMG! This one had me fanning myself and laughing out loud. Sofia is a hardworking nurse that needs a break. Love how both Emilio and Massimo were gaga over Sofia but also that they let her know how much they not only enjoyed what they saw but that they were willing to be open about their feelings for her even if they were a bit pushed for it. I really enjoyed that we got Emilio and Massimo that are twins that have substance. Complicated pasts, but we see them grow and develop throughout this story.

I was privileged to receive this ARC by Gigi.
Not my first rodeo with her books and I was totally looking forward to this one.
Well...Gigi has knocked it out of the park again.
First I love how she brings all the boys of Boston back for this story.
Like the true Kings of Chaos they are this is an epic ride from start to finish. Mass, Ember and Soph's story hit me hard in the feels. Mass's guilt over Em's accident. Soph the strong one. Em constantly running his mouth but never in a mean spirited way. Before you know it you're deep.
Perfect way to end this series.
Do yourself a favor...grab it. Grab all the boys. Zero regrets.

The ladies all know the risk but these Latino lovers are real good at what they do and the women they’re wooing have their most powerful orgasmic undoing experience they crave to go back to. These two they’re the fuck em once and leave em hanging for more sort . Em he’s the crazy twin ,Mas the strong silent stalwart. They bounce off each other so well and in the sack? Well …anything goes they’re pros . Know what to do with their dicks when sliding through slicks like butter and leaving them sated and in the gutter . Em he’s a lovable rogue ,a nutter. Nothing gets him down nor gives him a frown on his face he smiles like a demented clown he’s so cheerfully happy .He’s usually a hi I’m high sort whereas Mas the responsible older twin looks after him and can be snappy . She’s had enough of men after her ex treated her rough ,even did his bit of stuff in their bed and a messy divorce like that messes with your head. Mas and Em though, they are persistent ,insistent that she lets them care for her when she finds herself in danger. What ensues is a delectable chase and all out war and surrender as they both want to rear end her. It’s a very well written ,immaculately crafted story with heat and so much more . It’s also sweet and endearing and with Em’s antics and Mas’s puppy dog hang ups both had me tearing . I was all in for the SIN the 🔥 but Sofia tried her best to stay strong and not cave into desire. Who wins ,who loses in this hotbed of three. You’ll have to read and see for yourself. It really IS TOP SHELF. GIGI MEIER Thanks babe for feeding our desire ,our fire and our imagination with this . So I had received this book as an ARC and while I got this book for free I'm sticking too my values and reviewing this book on my honest thoughts.

First thing I want to go over is the fact that at the start of the book you are thrown into chaos straight out the gate with Emilio. That man says some off the wall shit and you first meet him after the twins are waking up from one of their college ragers and Emilio is trying to stab himself to remove the Tequila Worm he ate.. And the reason he meets the ICU Nurse Sophia is well because he decided to ride his bike ( doesn't specify if its a motorcycle or street bike) while horribly hungover and crashes the bike giving himself pretty bad road rash..

Emilio never shuts up and like his energy is like a raccoon on Crack like that's the only example I can think of. And while that energy can be good for comedic relief he uses it such a way it becomes annoying rather than endearing and even I was tired of his shenanigans by the end of the book.

And while there was some spice, some very intense messy spice but the scene gets ruined when he refers to her ass/pussy by calling it cinnamon toast crunch or donut holes. I don't know about you guys but referring to your private parts as food isn't as sexy as you would think. Another thing that ruined the scenes was his use of the word chubby when talking about his dick, like he's in college and certainly not a child so he should be able to say the word dick. And sometimes they do but the instances of calling it his chubby is throughout the entire book, he also refers to it as his monkey as well.

But other than those two things the book overall is okay and I would possibly read it again. I plan on reading the other books as this series is interconnected standalone, I wouldn’t exactly recommend it to someone wanting a more serious book because this one isn't that.

I freaking love reverse age-gap romance, add in sexy protective twins, and I'm a puddle of goo. This book was so entertaining between laughing out loud at the audacious things coming out of Em's mouth, the delicious protective daddy mode Mass had going, and the make-you-melt hot AF spice I couldn't get enough of this book. Gigi Meier you have a new fan, your writing is addictive and so easy to devour.

Not only was the plot and spice entertaining but the characters were fantastic. Sofia is such a BA woman, I loved her character. She knows her worth and isn't afraid to get what she wants and deserves.
Em aka Nene is a relentless flirt and totally crazy.
Mass aka Papito has the biggest heart and his protective daddy vibes know no bounds.
I absolutely loved their dynamic, even the dog Paco was a great addition to their little family.

Twisted Throttle by GiGi Meier is a fiery, addictive ride that had me totally captivated from the heartfelt beginning to the steamy twin chaos that follows. I especially loved the way Massimo’s worry for Emilio and his guilt over the accident grounded the story emotionally—it made the characters feel real before the heat even kicked in.
Emilio and Massimo are both charismatic and reckless in their own ways, and watching them navigate their intense connection with Sofía—a strong, fiery ICU nurse who refuses to be anyone’s second choice—was both fun and thrilling. The “why choose?” trope adds a delicious complexity to the romance, and the reverse age-gap elements blend perfectly with the biker + medical romance vibes of the story. �

I had two major problems with this book that really threw me off and made it hard to get into the story. Which is a shame because Massimo and Sophia‘s relationship is really cute and sweet. I wish the book just focused on them because my first issue is with Emilio. His character of fun loving goofball is turned up to 100 throughout the whole book and after a few chapters, it goes back-and-forth between annoying to unhinged and back. The second is the Spanish Sophia is using. It’s really odd to me and I’m unsure if it is because she’s Puerto Rican and I am Mexican but the words she chooses while not technically wrong are not the ones I’m used to using for those same things, especially when she will use just one word when it’s generally used as a whole phrase and not alone. It just really made the book hard to get into because my brain kept going back and being like wait what did she just say? Overall the book is a fun read though especially if you’re into hot twins and spicy Latinas.

I have loved this series, meeting all the boys and reading of their antics and meeting the older women who tamed them.
It was inevitable that this story would be a Poly one. Our twins are literally joined at the hip.
I got the definite impression that Sofia wasn't too much older than Massamo and Emilio, her age isn't mentioned, I'm sure.
It was a crazy story, and I was pleased we got to revisit Em's worm!! That was so funny, but man!! did he get on my nerves! I know he's always been the clown of the group, but putting up with him for a whole book! Wow!! That took a bit. Several times I was "oh my god, someone just gag him!!!" LOL. Sofia must be a real saint!
Another great read from a favorite author! I wonder what's going to be next from her?

Another great installment of the Bikers of Boston series from Gigi Meier's.

This time we follow twin brothers Massimo and Emilio.
Emilio has been in a motorcycle accident and is in ICU where they both meet Sofia his ICU nurse.

They both want her, and are happy to share, but is it something she wants?

Sofia is a very independent woman having been hurt by her ex husband emotionally she is not looking for another relationship.
Her ex is still hanging around like a bad smell too.

If you enjoy a spicy why choose, then I recommend this one, it's got a great plot and isn't all about the spice. Plenty of emotions and past hurts are explored between the characters and the twins are both total chaos in their own ways.
Emilio had me laughing a lot and his type of chaos creates some fabulous lighter moments, along with allowing you to fall for his chaotic self.

This is definitely a hit with me. I absolutely fell head over heels for the twins, especially Mass. his devotion and love for Em is truly touching. He’s not afraid to show emotion and it’s refreshing in this genre. Also the chaos and shenanigans from the twins, particularly from Em, is hilarious and endearing. We get the insanity from the start and it doesn’t let up. I laughed so hard. Sofia won’t take crap from anyone nor will she put up with Em’s crazy antics. The growth and depth that Gigi gets out of her characters is insane. The connection between the main characters is so ridiculously hot. And while there are bumps and twists in the pathway, the relationship built between them is one to be envious of. It’s messy, it’s imperfect, and it’s everything they needed. And this book was everything I needed.

Ohhh! I've been waiting on these boys the whole Bikers of Boston Series! You get bits and pieces of them in the other books, but you really fall for them in this one. Well, Massimo first, and then Emilio. Mas is the quieter, more intentional twin. Emilio is loud, a bit immature, and at times obnoxious, but his kindheartedness and devotion easily make you fall for him as well. Those traits are what cracked the hard exterior of the older ICU nurse who doesn't trust easily due to a bad marriage. Those boys came into her life like the true Chaos Kings they are and showed her what she had been missing. They literally worship the ground she walks on. It wasn't all glitter and rainbows, and there was a bit of drama. It was a really great read. I loved the healing that went on in this book and especially the character growth.

I was given the ARC for a fair review of this book.
This story was pretty funny. The dialogue between the characters are what made me give it a four. Decent story line though some of the things that happened were resolved too quickly, or "off-screen" so to speak. I didn't realize it when I first got it that the book was part of a series, so I'm going back now to read the first several. Halfway through the first one and a lot of things are already made more clear. I can see how they would be stand-alone, but there are some things that do make more sense being read in order.

Well Gigi you have done it again, the chaos kings Massimo and Emilio, it is clear they would definitely need a strong woman to tame them and that’s exactly what Sofia is for them. I am absolutely hooked on this steamy biker romance with an ICU nurse. I was hooked from page one and couldn’t put it down. This book is smoking hot 🥵

Sofia shift in the ICU became twice as exasperating when Emilio is wheeled in with his brother Massimo Dimas. These fellas are the kind of trouble you should stretch before getting into. Emilio with a mouth as big as his heart and iffy decision making skills. Massimo with his soft heart and steady care. Sofia with her independence and bold and bossy personality. Lil Paco the so ugly he's cute fur baby that loves to be spoiled. This book did great as a stand alone since I haven't read the others (yet) but loops other characters in perfectly, buy definitely tempts you into looking for more! I really enjoyed this book and stayed up way too late to finish it!

This was a change to the norm. The book started off with me wondering what was going on. It soon started making sense though. The brothers in this are quite the pair, and I liked them both. Emilio is a crazy, hyperactive, unfiltered, loveable idiot. Massimo is more silent and intense, and looks out for his brother, and those he loves. They are like two halves, and come as a whole. Sofia is a wonderfully feisty FMC, who doesn't stand for nonsense, and is perfectly capable of keeping these two in line. Watching their story unfold, and seeing them interact was interesting, and entertaining. Good read over all.

Twins Emilio and Massimo have found a new obsession in ICU nurse Sofia. She's bossy, loud, sexy and a challenge.
This was a fun age gap rh romance, and I liked that Em and Mas balanced each other out. Mas is very caring, protective, considerate and sweet, Em is blunt, flirty, wild and immature. Their dynamics together just work, and I liked seeing the insta lust turning into love, and Sofia getting the love and protection she deserved.

Oh my god… I was wheezing in that opening chapter. Em is a mess!!!

They’re crass and downright immature, but whoo boy are they hot!

Massimo is sweet and dominant and traumatised.
Em is just so unabashedly Em - he makes me cringe, but don’t ever change.

It’s spicy, so, so, spicy…. It such a delicious read.

This was a very well written book about the twins and Sophia. Massimo and Emilio are two of the most interesting twins I’ve ever read about and the two of them together with Sophia make the perfect couple. After Emilio has not one but two motorcycle accidents he falls for her as hard as Massimo does. The twins are two of the most loyal and amazing men, especially to Sophia, who doesn’t know how to accept the attention and love that they give her especially after coming out of a really bad marriage. This is a really good story and I can’t wait to read more by this author.

I’d say this book was okay overall. It took me a little while to really get into the story, mainly because Emilio kept whining and it made it hard to connect at first. I think I could have skipped most of the first chapter without missing much. Once the story picked up, I started to enjoy it more. I liked reading about Massimo and Sophia and their growing bond. Emilio, on the other hand, just seemed like a lot of restless energy — kind of chaotic and a bit overwhelming. Not a bad read, but it took some time to really get into it.

This is book 4 in the Bikers of Boston Series and a fantastic addition from Gigi Meier

In this story we find that Emilio (Em) finds himself in the ICU and nursed by Sofia Santiago. She doesn't realize that she's already lost the fight when both Em and Massimo (Mass) see her and fall totally and helplessly for her. This is fantastic story of finding "home" and what fits while healing. Great story!

I have never laughed so hard as in the beginning, middle and end of the book. Your writing is perfect for a person who visulize the book. I love Emilio, I love that he is manly enough to wear pink slippers, speedo and dress the dog in the same color. This is such a great read. Emilio, Mssimo and Sofia are perfect together. I have never read your books before, but I will now. Keep writing so I can keep laughing. THIS IS A MUST READ!!!!!!
