Do you love a story that will leave you unprepared, not knowing what will happen, the expectation that everything will be ok, yet let you questions your decisions that could change your life forever, well then, this is your kind of story.
Our FMC Caroline witnesses something, whilst experiencing a night of pure unadulterated pleasure with three me. To keep herself safe she flees, keeps her head down and minds her own business, yet when she lets her guard down, letting Paul in, only does she realise that the past has come back to haunt her, and the man sent to tie up loose ends, seeing her stops him from crossing a line he can’t uncross, and a decision leads to a domino effect that neither could have anticipated.
You see Paul is Rian, along with his brothers Declan and Kellan, the three men who gave Caroline her wild night and her twin sons.
Declan is a man you don’t cross. He doesn’t do nice and is not a sentimental man, yet something about Caroline speaks to him, her presence causing him to unravel, his feelings for her start to change, making him want things he shouldn’t, but with the life that he lives, will what they have be fleeting or will it become something more.
Kellan is the kindest and softest of the three. Caroline has gotten under his skin, why? The first time he had her, he was gone for her. Seeing her with her twin boys, it stirs something inside of him, it tugs at his heartstrings, the softness, love and bond between the three of them undeniable. Will the life he lives ever let him have something like that or will his father take away the one thing that makes him truly happy.
Caroline, Rian, Declan and Kellan, together they change each other, they want her, what she could give them would be beautiful, something worth being part of, but having that happiness, their father ensured they would never have something that would see them as week, but the lure and temptation that is Caroline, they are drawn to her like a moth to a flame, and they will not let there father stand in the way of what they want.
Caroline abhors violence, what she sees repulses her, yet she comes to accept that this is part of her life, and when it comes to her family, she will keep them safe and protected at all costs. Because love is a strong emotion and this mamma bear has a protective side you will not want to cross, because if you cross her there will be consequences.
The spice was perfect and there happily ever after on point.
I recommend both the author and the book. Can’t wait to read what this author writes next.

He makes a decision that will put him at odds with his brothers, but they need to know that there is more to the picture than just Caroline.

This is pure, unadulterated reverse harem goodness, and honestly, the blurb alone should tell you you’re in for a wild ride!
One of the things I truly loved was how the author handled the guys. You've got Declan, Rian, and Kellan, and they are an absolute delight. Seeing these hardened mafia brothers swap bullets for baby bottles? That's the kind of witty commentary I live for. It’s hilariously supportive of their new roles, even as they look like they’d rather be back breaking kneecaps. They bring the fun!
Crucially, the FMC felt like a genuine person in an utterly unreal situation. She’s been running from a literal nightmare, yet she manages to keep a mostly level head when these gorgeous distractions—and the father figures for her twins—crash back into her existence. A good RH story
OK. I really love Liz Archer. Her writing style is captivating, the plot and the twists and the hotness are undeniable in her books. This was a good one, I just can’t claim it to be my favorite. I liked two out of four main characters. Kellan and Rian were mafia men with hearts, no matter how difficult the circumstances and no matter how complicated their place in the mafia – and their father’ cruelty – was. You could see it. Now, Declan I didn’t like at all in the first half of the book. His initial clinical detachment and determination to kill Caroline at first was disturbing. I warmed up to him after the first half, because he showed cracks and feelings, but I can’t say that I ended up liking him that much. Caroline was a good heroine, she is fiercely protective of her twins and determined to protect them at all cost, but I found it a bit disturbing, not the part where she hardened herself enough to deal with the threat, but the part that she surrendered so easily to the guys who were ready to end her life – especially Declan. However, these complications, despite all these, made up for an interesting storyline. So, it was a good read overall. 3.5 stars.

This book was intense. The story line was very well written. The characters were intensely well written. Caroline, she is such a strong and dangerous woman, who will do anything to protect her children. She never seen her life going in the direction that it did, but she embraced it and kept them safe. Rain, Declan, and Kellan were well written as well. Each of them had their own struggles and demons that they had to face, and they each did...for her. They all helped each other get through some rough stuff and in the end they all ended up with something strong, special, and something they never thought they would have.

Unbeknownst to her, they are Irish Mafia, and she runs when she witnesses them kill someone. She goes on the run and ends up having their twins. Three years later, the brothers have found her as their father has said she needs to be killed. Declan, Rian, and Kellen are the ruthless, hunky, and violent brothers. But they can't do it. This was a high heat story with hot chemistry and a happy ending after a lot of danger and violence. I liked it but not as much as others from Liz. 3.5☆s.

In this book we meet Caroline, Rian, Kellan, & Declan. Caroline was just looking to have a good time with a friend. What she found was something so much more when she notices a door at the back of the bar. Rian, Kellan, & Declan know that they have found a woman that they can see a future with. The problem is they know their life is very dangerous and worry about bringing her in. Can they all find a HEA or will others make sure that never happens?
Another amazing hit by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Dark, but amazing. Caroline is having a steamy encounter when she sees something she should not have. Rian, Kellan, and Declan are hard men and have no problem taking someone's life because of the way that they were raised. Caroline has a life with her two little boys, but her life gets bulldozed when the brothers Rian, Kellan, and Declan come crashing through it. This book has incredible characters and a fantastic story.

Caroline has a steamy encounter with Rian, Kellan and Declan that ends in horror and eventually a surprise. Years late the guys find her but don't follow orders. I liked how everything ends with Caroline and the guys together and in love. There might still be fallout but they will deal with it.

I really enjoyed reading this. It was so different from what I was expecting. I couldn't put it down. Caroline is such a strong and protective woman and mother, even when she feels at odds with herself. I was happy to see Rian, Kellan, and Declan fall for Caroline even though there were other motives/responsibilities that they were charged to do.

This book started hot right away, as well as with a bang. Carolina witnesses something that she is not suppose to and leaves town, not knowing her one night with 3 Irish men left her two little gifts. A few years later they find her. There is a lot of twist, lies, and survival skills.

Well that was a whole lot of disturbing. Hot, but way twisted. Instead of her bringing them up, which she kinda did. They brought her way way down. I ended up enjoying the book and I’m not sure what that says about me. 😉

We didn't start out as expected, but grabbed me somewhere along the way

She was in the wrong place at the wrong time. She ran and never looked back. Now she is right back where she never expected to be. Their father is cruel and doesn't care that she is the mother of the twins. In order to be a family they may have to do unthinkable things. I would love to read more about them.

I really enjoyed this book. It was nothing like I thought it would be based on the description. My only drawback on this book was the ending. It felt like there should be another book that comes after it or at least gave a better epilogue.

Sorry but I could not get to grips with this book too much veiled violence. For me not to usual standard again too much Irish violence and darkness.
