She promised she was done. But some cravings never stay buried...
Delilah vanished without a trace. A new name, new city, new rules. Now she's a sweet-faced baker running a cozy little shop where secrets rise just as fast as her pastries. No more victims. No more slip-ups.
But when bodies start turning up with her signature stye, Delilah realizes someone is playing copycat, and they're getting it wrong.
To protect her new life, she'll have to step out of the shadows and into the mess. Again. Because if there's one thing Delilah hates more than being hunted...
So this sequel to Clean Plate had me wondering how in the world this character was going to incorporate "people" into pastries. Food and meat are one thing, but baked goods are another... And then she said skin sprinkles and I was done! Like, WTF!? I'll leave you to discover the rest 👀 This was a fun quick culinary read!
In this continuation we find Sylvia has moved and opened a cute bakery where no one knows her or she believes until she starts to feel the hunger and starts to receive very unique packages at her doorstep but how can that be she's new in town or has she been discovered I loved this story and about to dive into book three. I recommend this series to any one that loves quick juicy reads.
