Abby and Jackson and all the gang are fun, fascinating characters, and the plot is clear and reasonable. The unmasking of the bad guy (or girl) was a fine bit of mystery with great red herrings thrown in the reader’s path. I loved NEIGHBORS & GRUMPY, a most entertaining rom-com!
