bruhhhhhh
Bruhhhh when I say there’re certain authors that I know are going to stress me out from the gate when they drop! To just expect it like every time like there’s no mystery about besides Jahquel, and Diamond Johnson! There’s this one right here! She’s the main reason I have no edges and suffer from anxiety! Her mind is just diabolical! This book took me on a ride. I went through a wide range of emotions! I need part 3 like yesterday! I’ve got to know what happens!

Childish
Book two was childish . Both MMC and MFC were repetitive with their dialogue and it was exhausting trying to finish this book. I'm not sure where the storyline was going because it was very confusing and I just couldn't see how the story connected. I didn't like this book , however, it is a part of a series so maybe book 3 will be better. Very disappointing. I'm stopping with this book.

awesome read
Whew child. Kalani is learning some life lessons along the way. Kilo is a man man who has his heart broken once. , but he’s teaching or working showing Kalani how to love. Ryan is teaching Hazel some lessons as well I love Kalani and Hazel friendship! That plot twist in the end was everything& I appreciated Kalani checking Big K.
The family unit on both sides is strong

Why the character with my name gotta be the a villain lol
The scene where Hazel took her Catheter out and fought Carmen was hilarious. This book had me laughing so much it also I'm glad kalani and kilo got back together. But it's the plot twist at the end that raises a couple of questions. I can't wait till the next book comes out. Port I'm invested .

You ended this book like this lol! Need the next part asap. I’m so confused with all these ppl at the end. Kalani has to survive and Kilo has to get out of the mess he’s in. These siblings and Carmen working together to get Kilo up out of here. Who is Kalani’s baby father??? Stephan? I need answers to everything!

Baby when I tell you Tina J neverrrrrr disappoint. I promise you I don’t read every book. This lady wrote Man. If part two wasn’t good part three gonna be a bombshell Lord. I hope we get this book quick baby when I tell you at the end, all the snakes came out all the skeletons got thrown out the closet man Tina, you are forever my number one author

I’m invested
I am invested to see how this ends but it’s becoming a bit tooooo much. How tf is her Mom husband so damn powerful when he was lowkey a bum. He is wanted for murder and he kidnapped and raped her but she running from him especially when her man is who is his this not making sense.

Tina J why you do me like that with the ending. I am ready for part 3. I pray my girl Kalani makes it and now I am left in shock and confused by all this stuff. Please don’t have us waiting long for part 3. I need to know the rest. This book had me on the edge of my seat.

I was not expecting that ending wow. So many twists and turns. I hope Kalani is okay. This was not what I expected cant wait for part 3. But all of Kalani friends dont play and I love that for her and Kilo friends dont play about him.

Decent Read
Hazel lost her damn mind running Tamera off the road because she ended up hurting herself as well. I have a feeling it was going to come back on her. Especially with her ex Michael still lurking and stalking her. I don't understand Michael. As much as he cheated on Hazel and did some creep s**t. He in his feelings because she's moved on with Ryan. I didn't really care for Kilo is the first book of this series but he redeemed himself in this second part. I understand why he was angry Kalani didn't visit him in the Hospital when he was shot. Although Kalani is a bit insecure when it comes to her weight. Kilo loves her regardless. I don't know why she believes anything that Carmen and Briana hoe ass say when it comes to Kilo. She knows they're jealous, mad, and bitter that he chose her over them. Something is seriously wrong with Carmen and Briana. Kilo never made either of them his woman when he was dealing with the both of them. They're so damn obsessed with the man. They should be tired of Kalani and Hazel whooping their ass. When Hazel smacked Carmen and Briana in the face with her catheter. I was laughing hard asf. One thing I can say about Hazel is when it comes to Kalani. She will go from zero to hundred behind her best friend. Hazel had no problem putting hands on Carmen and Briana. Kilo have threatened them both and they're still on some bs. Somehow Carmen is supposedly connected to the man that raped Kalani and got her pregnant also she's connected to Kilo girlfriend Faith who supposedly died. Kilo also found out Carmen was screwing Jaheim who have some type of sick ass obsession with Kalani. I see where Kilo got his mouth and disrespectful ways from. When he was shot a second time. The way his father disrespected Kalani and her mother had me smdh but Kalani father hit him dead in the mouth. Hazel was pissed that Ryan didn't check his uncle for the disrespect and I understood where she was coming from. However Ryan felt it wasn't his place and it had the two of them at odds. Although Hazel and Ryan was into it. Hazel should've told him about Michael girlfriend threat. Since she didn't. She was arrested. Jalani baby father have stepped out of the shadows as well as a lot of other secrets. Kilo had been found out Carmen was a snake but he also found out he knows who Kalani daughter father is, Kalani mother's death seems to be done on purpose, a blast from Kilo past have showed up that he thought was dead, a secret about his mother and sister was revealed. This ending was confusing because who is really Stefan? What do Jaheim have to do with any of this? How did Carmen trifling ass become a part of this whole scheme?
