A festive addition to the Heart of Stone series. This novella is an accompaniment to the Heart of Stone series and shouldn’t be read until all the books in the collection have been read.
Spend Christmas with the Fox’s and their friends.
Mason’s his usual grumpy self and Ava is going all out, celebrating a Christmas she never thought she would see.
However, spending the festive period in the Scottish cottage during a snowstorm is of course more fun for us than it is for the NSC squad, especially since Katie brought along her boyfriend who has a nasty habit of winding Mason up.
Courtney has a surprise planned for all and Liv and Nate have news. But bring the crew together, and nothing matters so long as it’s a Christmas spent having fun, drinking lots of alcohol, oh and spending time in the notorious hot tub.
Add a couple of surprise visitors and a bump in the night and it’s a Christmas only the Fox’s know how to do.

OMFG..........What a beautifully perfectly ending in what has got to be one of THE best (and possibly longest) series i've EVER had the pleasure of reading !!! I absolutely loved it !!!

Life is never boring when the Fox’s are around!!!
Our beloved “Glorious Bas***d” and his “Little Warrior” come back again to visit us and a little Christmas adventure full of Christmas cheer, dramas, emotion and their off the charts sizzling hot sex - it’s Mason and Ava would you honestly expect anything less.....
With tears both happy and sad, lots of laughs, Ava’s charitable and personalized Christmas gifts had me in hysterics, even a few OMG moments until the end and the very last and final goodbye.
I don’t want to say goodbye and I sobbed at Dawn’s last message, but everything must come to an end sometime. The older he gets the better get gets and the love shared between Mason and Ava over their years have gone from strength to strength. It’s time to leave them and let them be.
Let’s look forward to the next chapter in the fox saga and move on to those kids, not forgetting Jay Carter; I’m sure he will have a story of his own to tell. It’s time to see what there made of and if they are anything like their parents there shall be a few wild and bumpy rides ahead.

5 Tearful Goodbye Stars
Hard at times to write a review to do a book justice but even harder writing one that is For a goodbye.
Since I picked up Incineration Book 1 in the heart of stone series I fell in love with the characters till the very end Ava and Mason went through hell and back for each other I am glad I was able to be there with them through all the good times and bad times Tears, tantrums, screaming at the kindle all worth it in the end.
I am glad to have gone along with them on their Journey If you are a fan of the Heart of stone series you have to read Nativity and get to say goodbye to them from a young age to growing old together I am Glad D H didn't let anyone die at the end in my heart Ava and Mason and gang will always be alive.
Let them be now and go on for many more happy years together in peace.
So it is time for me to say Goodbye!

Wow this final Fox novella packed a punch for sure
It was always going to be bittersweet, they are part of our family now but they deserve this final farewell and to now live in peace.
This was funny & heartwarming...not something that we often see from the Fox's but it was also scorching hot with a few ooh moments too.
Loved catching up with the whole gang and I felt total satisfaction by the end with how Ava & Mason have reached 'that place' after everything.
So it is with tears in my eyes that I bid them farewell and a long and happy life together.....

Actually crying here
I cant believe this is the end of Ava and Mason's epic journey.
Weve had tears laughter dark and light. Friendships heartache and heartbreak. More twists and turns the Swiss Alps and ive enjoyed every single last word.....
Nativity may well be the end of Ava and Masons journey through the Heart of Stone series, but cant wait to read the journey that Katie and George are about to embark on.
Dawn its been emotional ...... Thank you for taking me on this journey .... Now back to cry into my cocoa xx

Wonderful short read from the Fox's.I didn't think I would get to read them again so was delighted when I saw DH had written a novella.It was so good with Mason and Ava on spectacular form. Sad to say a final goodbye but loved every page.

Each book of Mason and Ava Fox is a gift and this take place at Christmas. It has been a year after the battle against the cancer of Ava, and she, Mason, Kade and Grace live happily and together in Portugal.( Mason nows shares his wife with Kade, but Ava also shares his husband with Grace?)WOW!!How things have changed over the years,bc with Courtney and Greg the girls played with each other, but the husbands were not allowed to touch each other’s wife.
Anyway, Mason and Ava return to London to spend the Christmas with the rest of the family: Greg, Sam, Courtney(pregnant again in her 40s), Marcy, Katie,George...
Ava and Mason has been together now for 20 years, which means that Ava in her 40s and Mason in his 50s, but his sex drive is the same , their sex life increasingly includes more people.
“SHE SMILED AT me. That was all it took. My dick hardened, throbbing and rigid, lengthening in my jeans until I couldn’t stand the friction against the zip. Her eyes locked on to mine, that wicked smile that brought me to my knees every time, stirring the lust in my belly, firing shots of adrenaline through my veins until my lips parted and I had to pant to keep up with the warfare going on under my skin. For the longest moment, I couldn’t move, couldn’t get my brain to tell my legs to shift my feet towards her. Fuck I needed her so bad. My world ended and began when it glided down the length of her body, sliding over the luscious contours of her body then pooling around her ankles, her sleek legs taunting and oh so fucking smooth. Her skin glowed with her tan, with her health. Health I thanked God for every—damn—day. “You do know, the older we get, the better it seems to get.”
We also see that Katie has a dark side, commits her first murder .Ava calls Steed to help her daughter, it is enough to say that Mason is “delighted” with the idea, it is seen that he has matured bc the Mason of the beginning would have already killed him for fucking his beautiful wife.
“She’d come home from a party and found a guy strangling and raping her best friend.” “What the hell?” She nodded and sighed again. “She lost it, Mason. Picked up that bloody bookend I’d bought her for Christmas last year and set to work on him.” Vomit surged up my throat and I gagged. My poor little girl. “I calmed her down. Got someone out there . . .” “Who?” She tensed making me instantly wary. “Who, Ava. Who did you get to do the clean up?” She hesitated, making me close my eyes to brace myself when I knew her answer before she spoke it. “Steed. I didn’t know who else to call, Mason. I knew Greg and Sam would tell you.”“No?” I scoffed. “Well it fucking looks like that to me. I told you to delete his number, baby. So care to tell me why . . . WHY you rang him?”She needed me! Her mother! And where was I?” She pushed at me, her temper snapping as tears flowed down her face. “I was in bed with you and Kade and her fucking Aunty Grace. Yeah, pretty shit, huh?She dropped her head and sobbed. “I didn’t know what to do, Mason. She nodded against me. “Yeah, Steed got some of his friends to sort her out. He took care of them both, Mason. I owe him a lot for what he did. He dropped everything . . .” “Yes, that’s the problem,” I huffed. “His pants included.”
Mason has problems accepting that his daughter is involved in his old life, and what is worse for him, that his little girl has sex.
“Mason,” I sighed, getting bored with his relentless hatred for Danny, Katie’s boyfriend who’d joined us for Christmas. “She’s twenty. I’m afraid she’s gonna be having sex . . .” A long choked sound droned from him and he jumped back, staring at me with wide eyes as his head shook from side to side. “Don’t!” he hissed, his face paling as he pointed his finger at me. “Don’t ever say that again. We—never—utter—those—words—again!”I coughed, clearing my throat and nodded. “Okay, baby. I’m sorry. Katie doesn’t have sex . . .” “Yes I do!” Katie butted in when she heard. Mason’s face turned into something Rudolph would be proud of. I’m sure I witnessed steam pouring from his ears as his teeth vibrated between his jaws.
“I’m tired, Ava. We say we’re retiring then something, or someone, drags us back out again. This is it for us now. There’ll be no more adventures. No more fighting with people that hate us. No more worrying about you getting kidnapped. No more scared to turn the page in case the next chapter isn’t a nice one. We’re old. We have to bow down now. I nearly lost you, baby. Well after this Christmas it’s just going to be you, me, Kade and Grace, to live our lives privately, hidden away from the world that hurts us.”
“Baby, we’ve both done things that hurt each other. But look at us.” He smiled widely and shrugged. “We made it to the end. We carried each other’s hearts in our souls and we crossed the line into a place where we can now both just live for each other. After having the kids, both of our infidelities, Rebecca, Dane, Brad stabbing you. And not forgetting you shooting yourself and the cancer. We fucking made it, baby. That’s not cause for tears, old or young, that is something to celebrate.”
“Jesus fucking Christ, I love you.” “And me, you.”

I don't want it to end
Well that's it, it's finished, all over with and I'm not gonna lie..... I'm heart broken. I did not want this series to end... Iike ever.
I can honest say, hand on heart that Mason and Ava, even the extended family will stay with me forever.

It's so hard to say goodbye :'(
To be treated with one last Mason & Ava story is indeed a welcome Christmas gift. These two characters will forever hold a special place in my heart. The Heart of Stone series was one of my first when I began my reading addiction a year ago and their story provided me with so much love, heartache, passion and tears.
The love Mason and Ava share is unforgettable and will be something unrivaled with other stories. To get to read how much their love has only grown stronger despite the troubles they've had to endure and to see how their lives will forever be filled with each other, the family and friends was truly a gift.
This little novella not only gives us closure to the amazing Mason and Ava saga but also gives us a glimpse of what's in store for the children of these characters. I can't wait to see how their legacies will be carried out by these new personas and also see how much of their parents will be a part of who they become and how they will live on.

Oh how I love my Fox family, and there outrageous antics! My “glorious bastard” and his “little warrior” are the epitome of a kick ass couple, and the most amazing example of strength, power, and the sheer will to carry on when life throws literal bullets your way.
Nativity is our so-called final farewell to Ava and Mason, and the years of happiness and utter chaos they have given us. It’s never easy to say good-bye to one of your beloved book couples, but its time to let them grow old together, in the light of a life full of complete ups and downs.
Never one to disappoint, DH Sidebottom has once again given us some memorable scenes. Ava’s hysterical Christmas gift to her friends is awesome in every way, and had me rolling. The sex is also at it’s best, but that isn’t hard when you have a group of total hotties to work with.

This was a perfect way to spend my Christmas Day...reading the final book (I hate saying that) from my favorite series! DH Sidebottom gave us one last story of my favorite ALPHA, Mr. Mason Fox and the toughest chick I ever read about, MS Ava Fox and also their friends that we have all grown to love. This Novella is heartwarming, funny and just touching when it comes to the solidarity of friendship and the touching moments of family. This series is always filled with super-hot *Fan yourself* sizzling passion and Nativity (Heart of Stone, #11) does not disappoint with the intense sexual love. This Series is just amazing and a must read!!
I know this is the final book and I have to say goodbye to Mason, Ava and their friends but it is not easy to do, especially because with every book you get so lost in their world you feel like you are part of their lives. A short, sweet, sexy, funny novella featuring the truly unforgettable Mason and Ava Fox. We meet up with them again at Christmas and the gang are up to their usual fun and games. I loved this little catch up with my all time favourite characters. And as much as I really don't want to say goodbye to them (people who know me will totally understand how much it killed me) it's time to leave the Fox's to live their lives in relative peace and quiet. From the moment I met the Fox's I fell in love/hate with them and after so many fantastic adventures with them I am devastated knowing this will be their last book. My all time favourite series by my all time favourite author. D H, I don't have the words to explain the emotions this series has put me through. Ive never laughed, cried or gone through as much as I have with the Fox's and I will always have a special place in my heart for my book husband, and of course the woman I love to hate ;)

That's it .The End and what a fitting end to my favourite series EVER ! when I first picked up this series DH Sidebottom was a new unknown author just setting out and she floored me with her ability to bring reality through her books. Mason, Ava and all the gang have had a massive impact on me not only through the books and their story but also they have brought me together with a group of ladies who adore them just as much as I do and who I now have the privilege to call my friends. The Heart of Stone series brings out a mixture of emotions throughout the series and I see Nativity a way of rounding it away perfectly in true Mason Fox style.

A little Christmas story, but it's for real this time. It's really the end of Ava and Mason's books. Will there be a spin off with the kids Katie and George? It's kind of left off that maybe there will be. We find out a little secret about Katie in this book. Well Mason does too and he's not sure how to deal with it. He tried to shelter his children from his "bad" side of his life. It looks like no matter how hard he tried, he did not succeed.
I will say throughout all of the Ava and Mason's story I was really sad to see that they seemed to have no interaction with their grandson, nor did they act like they cared that he was not in their lives. It really seemed like their most important part of their life was their sexual life and partners.

I first fell in love with Dawn when I read Angel. Man, I fell so hard for Nate and Liv. Then, meeting their friends and family through the cross over series I've come to feel like I know each and every character personally.
I have to say, I think Mase and Ava are my all time favourite couple.
I am so pleased Dawn wrote this novella to really round off this chapter in the epic tale of life, love and loss of the Fox family but I am equally pleased and excited to see the next generation living, loving and losing as hard as Mase and Ava did!

God I love Mason & Ava, it's like coming home whenever I read a Heart of Stone novel!!! And this festive novella was just as amazing as all the others !! Dawn never fails with each new book she writes!! Don't ever stop writing Dawn....I'd be lost without your books, no matter how low I feel ur books just take me away from it all even for just a little while!! So a big THANK YOU babe xxxx

10********amazeballs stars. Dammit Dawn you made me cry once again. Thank you for giving us a little more of the Fox's and friends. I absolutely love this series as it's one of my top 5....The ups and downs the tragedies and happiness. This is a MUST read series....... It will take you on an incredible emotional journey that you will love just as much as I have.....

OMG if I could give these books of Dawn's more stars I would, she is a fantastic writer and I am going to miss Ava Mason and Co so much just brilliant well done Dawn.

Love this series, my only complaint about this book was that it was way to short
