Bought and Shared by Parker Daniels is a dark SciFi romance and while I read the description I didn’t fully comprehend the meaning.
I have never read anything by this author and I’m so happy I gave it chance. This was so much smutty goodness I couldn’t put it down.
If you like aliens and human relations this is the book for you. Tons of 🌶️🌶️🌶️ but in a great story, with an actual plot. Better than any corn you could watch for sure.
This is very reminiscent of divergent, but with aliens. The faction that our mfc is division 6 where is it similar to what I would assume the Abnegation live like. Very strict and controlled and the women are there for being wives and mothers and nothing else.
Her number gets called during the draft and she is expected to show up at the Voltan military base to report for “companion service” for what she thinks is a year long contract. Sheltered her whole life she has no idea what to expect and is extremely nervous to meet her new Master. Only once the auction happens she finds out she has 2 new masters. Her poor little virgin brain has trouble keeping up with how she is supposed to please not one but two males when she has no experience.
Oren is top brass in the military and takes pride is keeping a level head. However once he sees Aurora for the first time he is floored and aroused more than he has ever been in his whole life. He, without a shadow of a doubt, knows she is his mate and winds the auction to claim her.
Knox is a military man through and through. He is all about the fight and loves being in the field. With a short temper and hot head his excels at what he does. He is the Yang to Oren’s Ying. They balance each other out. He is in the field when Oren calls to tell him he has found their mate. He leaves his service early to come home to claim what is his and is floored upon meeting his sweet human mate.
This story took some unexpected turns with betrayal, revenge, kidnapping, collusion, assault, and an uprising with a surprise leader I never saw coming.
Parker Daniels is my go to author when I want a hot and heavy read with a good story line! No slow burn here.

Premise good, but too short.
Loved the base story, loved these hot horny aliens who understand and respect women more than human males do, they get an HEA but there is a human uprising, traitors amongst them that weren't flushed out.
Micah (totally gay) what was the point of that scene, I figured it'd come out and the religious community would shun him, nope. No Spoilers but the Dad and mom, that wasn't completely dealt with but how did Micah get in...who was the one helping him.
Side note stopping the drafting of females, so many aliens without females...bring in the ones who want it, prostitutes paid to pleasure it's reasonable. Nothing was addressed about this issue.
There were quite a few spelling errors as well so editing?
They could've wrapped things up better. 3/5
Spice hard to say not as wild as I thought 3.5/5 I will give it. Still best part of the book.
I would've liked some actual one on one moments where they each found something truly wonderful about her other than the sex and mate pull.
Ex. They mentioned eating boring broth soup, I expected her to cook something amazing, just needed more true bonding.

Mesmerising and sensual. Aurora is innocent and a bit naive, when she's sent to do her duty and be auctioned to the Voltan. The pair that purchase her awaken feelings in her that she struggles to understand. There's factions trying to undermine the system as well as rebels trying to sabotage the new government at every turn. It's hit and steamy and full of action and danger, just the way I like it. I really did!.

Wow this story has it all!
This is my first time reading a Parker Daniels story. And wow, this was a good one. Parker writes an intelligent cohesive fun read . there’s the fear of a very sheltered female, entering into an unknown setting. The angst of the difference in the cultures. The challenge of one society against another it was really a fun read and I enjoyed it thoroughly five stars for sure.
This is my first time reading a Parker Daniels story. And wow, this was a good one. love times 2
This is my first Parker Daniel’s story and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The main male characters were as dominant and charismatic as you’d want. The female main character was beautiful, innocent but eager to be a good “draftee”. Very good plot with interesting side characters. Am hoping to read more stories based on the Voltan.

I loved everything about this book! Storyline-5, alpha males-5, writing style-5, and most importantly, steamy-10!. I highly recommend this book. I hope this is a series because I'm 100% in. Happy Reading ❤

Meh...steamy and spicy, but the writing was not great. Some phrases and word choices were just cringe.
