at first, I felt ripped off because of how small it is. I splurge purchased books often without really looking at details... thanks amazon!


Then, I read it because i love coaching/sport and exercise psychology and enjoy the authors podcast, et. al.

and, let me tell you, I loved it and feel like I all but underlined the whole thing with my trusted red pen.
