Hi, Diane Miller here again, soon to be Diane Moreno if Gabe and I can ever get a wedding date set. It’s not us so much as his mother, but since I don’t have a mother to play mother of the bride, Mrs. Moreno is leading the charge to get our wedding planned and done. Gabe and I would have been happy going to the courthouse or maybe flying to Las Vegas, but Mrs. Moreno wouldn’t hear of it. It’s taking some time, but Gabe and I are enjoying being engaged and spending time with each other.
After all, things are pretty calm. Nancy’s in jail, Chris and Charlise have moved to Dallas. While I do miss my best friend, it’s been nice not running into Chris everywhere I go. Grover's Corner is small town Texas, where not only does everyone know everyone, you also get to see everyone, and the few times Gabe and I ran into Chris before he made his big move, things were a bit… tense.

You know the day Gabe and I get our wedding date set, the drama begins anew. Nancy is trying to push Gabe into having a paternity test since she insists the baby she’s carrying is Gabe’s. Her lawyer is holding up the trial hoping Gabe will agree as if the baby is his, then this might get the jury or judge to extend her a little leniency. As it sits, she’s looking at twenty years for arson.

Gabe doesn’t have to do it, but that has stalled thing a bit on the trial. I finally told Gabe to go ahead as I’m really ready to see the back of Miss Nancy Santiago’s dress, preferably for twenty years, which is what she will get when it’s proven this is not Gabe’s child. There’s no way it can be, I’m the only woman Gabe’s had sex with sans condom so Nancy is just blowing smoke.
Meanwhile, I’ve had a few surprises in my life that are adding to the excitement, some good, and some bad.
The good, I’ll let you discover for yourself, but the bad includes my old nemesis, Janice, my ex’s brother’s wife. When Bo and Janice got married it broke my BFF Charlise’s heart and shocked everyone in town, but it seemed like things were going… okay. Until Janice got in a car accident, bringing Chris back to town to be by his brother’s side.

It doesn’t look good, which makes me feel bad. I don’t like Janice for my own sake as well as Charlise’s, but I didn’t want the girl dead. Time will tell if she wakes up from this coma. And if she doesn’t what will happen between Bo and Charlise?

As you see there are still some loose threads to tie up which will happen in Unapologetic, the conclusion of the Sorry Trilogy…

Negative Review

No…no…no….this story is three stories in one. Unfortunately, none of the stories are very good.

This author would have made three great separate stories, unfortunately none of them are coherent.

The last book was the worst.

Good story

Am reviewing all the series, the story line is good there are some parts of the story where I wish them to be different but am not the author. It's a good story to read and there are some parts that are crazy, sad and funny. It's a series you will enjoy reading.

Gah. Total Jerry Springer with more than one seriously sociopathic character - I’m looking at you Bo/Beau (spelling fluctuates). So there’s a part of me that says, so what, it was on KU. At some point - like now - I’m going to realize I’m paying a subscription fee for a lot of trash.
