The Third Person Method: A Daily Practice to Lead, Create + Live From Your Higher-Self Intelligence

Rate this book
What if the one obstacle quietly holding you back from leading, creating, and living at your highest potential isn’t your mindset, your circumstances, or your skills—but your very identity?

The leaders, founders, and creators who truly change the world aren’t just masters of strategy—they’ve learned how to rise above their own blind spots and access a higher intelligence within. Most people never discover how, remaining unknowingly confined by invisible limits instead of unlocking their true, limitless capacity.

The Third Person Method™ is the key to solving this problem.

It offers bold visionaries a powerful way to step outside the boundaries of human identity—beyond limiting patterns of thought, feeling, and belief—so you can connect with your higher-self intelligence.

This is more than a mindset shift—it’s the missing link to rapid, lasting transformation. It helps you dissolve chaos, gain clarity, and live your true purpose. It turns confusion and uncertainty into clear, decisive action, propelling you into new, positive momentum.

Ultimately, this book will help you become your own most trusted advisor, empowering you to lead with deep confidence and inner calm.

Ever notice how easy it is to see other people’s blind spots—yet how difficult it is to spot your own?
Most of us are tangled in identity-based stories, emotions, and beliefs—and we can’t change what we’re over-identified with. When we observe someone else’s life, we can step back and remain emotionally neutral. That neutrality grants us a higher perspective—a view of the bigger picture.

After coaching 300+ leaders, founders, and innovators—and learning from some of the world’s most remarkable leaders and spiritual teachers—high-performance coach Shawn Phelps discovered we can apply that same neutrality to ourselves.

She realized the real block to lasting change is you can’t transform what you’re over-identified with. But there is a practical way to break the cycle—by stepping outside your own story and seeing yourself from a higher perspective.

She calls it The Third Person Method™ — a daily practice that helps

Step outside the identity keeping you locked in old patternsSee yourself with the clarity and compassion you give to othersMake better decisions rooted in greater calm, confidence, and efficiencyAccess your Higher-Self Intelligence—the source of innovation, genius and “aha” momentsLead, create, and live from your highest potential
Unlike any other tool or therapy, The Third Person Method addresses the root cause of mental over-identification with the “me” caught in its own story. When you learn to befriend your human self, you unlock a higher, more objective perspective—and everything changes.
