The Song of Blood

Rate this book
At Brightway Lutheran Camp, troubled youth come seeking redemption. Instead, they find death.
Six bodies in three weeks. Each victim brutally carved with their eyes replaced with twenty-sided dice showing different numbers. Deputy Mike Turner thought he'd seen the worst his rural Illinois county had to offer—until the killings began.

As Turner races against time to identify the killer, he uncovers a twisted game where rolling the dice means death. But in a place meant for healing broken souls, who can be trusted?

The killer could be anyone, and their next victim chosen at random.

Some songs are written in blood. Some games end in slaughter.

The Song of Blood - a deadly game where the dice never lie.

A short read, but very good! It’s a good, little quick read if you want to read something gruesome!

Once again, Jay never fails to satisfy me with his writing!
