It's discouraging when one is experiencing certain symptoms that you've heard "everyone" gets, only to find out that fewer of your immediate pals (even those who are a few years older than you!!) are NOT experiencing them--or at least not to the same degree. "What's wrong with me?" "Why me" and "What can I do about it?" are all questions that end up running through one's head as a result. Well, Shari Lieberman's book didn't exactly put my worries (and symptoms) totally to rest, but it did help me realize that my symptoms do not make me an alien. However, many of the solutions she proposed (extremely healthy, nutritious eating and lots of varied exercise, for instance) have also not solved my problems.
