A hidden gem

Great read on the stages of change. Was weary since it had no reviews but I feel I learned a lot of about stages of change and reflections. This would make a great pairing with anyone reading motivational interviewing books. Felt it was easy to digest, making it effective in understanding. Would recommend to clinicians and people in SUD counseling.
